Personally if Gears does end up going to PlayStation and I do think there is a chance. It won't be E day at least not same day as Xbox and PC. Can see the collection going to PS5 though.
I guess you just assume everyone who subs to GP soley get ultimate? As the ones who where paying $12 a month. Now have to move to ultimate at $20 a month if they want them day one rentals. I'm fairly confident the difference between $12 and $20 is not $4.
Scummy Sony, I know why they are doing this. As many people where making Turkish accounts to buy new games dirt cheap. I know a friend who used his Turkish account to buy games cheap. Spiderman 2 I believe he paid £20 for it as a pre order. I'm guilty of doing it for payday 3 as a pre order and paid less than £8 for it.

Grainger games where very good as well but went out of business.
Other than when they slashed pre owned games to 50% to get rid of them last month. I only shopped with them once a year and for 1 reason only.
I paid £3 a month game elite. Didn't use any features. Didjy buy anything in store. At the end of the year I got that £36 back i paid over the year plus £5 birthday credit. I thought of it as a little saver for ps+ as I would then buy ps+ or credit with the game elite credit lol.
Just can't see them being around beyond say 2026. They stopped trade ins and the sale of used games and consoles, Ended the Game Elite program, Stopping pre orders in-store. Stores closing and opening up small sections inside sports direct. They stock more toys than games these days. Way over priced compared to others.

I get they want people to subscribe. They been trying for 7 years now it's simply not working. They ruined the Xbox platform with GP moulded the fan base from buying games to renting them as they believed they would have 100+million GP subs each and every month. That failed miserably.

Apparently they did. It's just another tactic from Microsoft. Microsoft want people to sub to gamepass. Not only that they want people to sub month after month after month. Not sun 1 or 2 months in a year.
It's where there scare tactic comes in. Microsoft are hoping now users will be like oh crap I best turn on auto renewal and pay each and every month to keep the lower price.
If you don't come September you can't get the lower price any...

I see what they are doing. They are hoping people like me who only sub maybe 2 of 3 times a year. To resub and keep auto billing on to keep the cheaper price.
After all that's what they need and have needed from the start. People to sub each and every month rather than a few times a year.
I personally won't be using GP a much. I'll just use it on pc using discounts when a new game I want to try before I buy releases.

What happened to gamepass won't increase in price because of the Activision merger. Now console players need to fork out $22 a month just to rent Xbox games day one I'm in getting that right.

It's actually a pretty good emulation console. I had a s then got a x from a friend. But since I wasn't using the X it felt a waste and then sold it. Then got a s again for £90 the price of a second hand PS2 solely for emulation.

I'm sure it will. The VR one was raved when released. Then the tech demo for the ps5 was highly praised. I'm sure this will be no different.
