The first thing I tell people on this topic is that in PES every single player plays different and most importantly, like he plays in real life. You know exactly what you can do with them if you know their strengths and playstyle in real life. In FIFA this distinction is not so apparent which makes different matches feel similar. The next big pro for PES are the advanced controls, it's just a better "game" in terms of learning curve and flow once you ge...
Yes, this is definitely good news. FIFA went down the drain a long time ago, up to the point where I hate people that play and support this game. PES15 was close to being the perfect football game so it would be a shame if Konami's midlife crisis ruined this franchise.
Yeah I think that good DLC does exist. It's just publishers like EA, Ubisoft and especially Activision with their 15$ mappacks that drag this whole thing down. I would still prefer full expansions like in the old days but I certainly don't mind well-priced DLC.
Forget the Walmart discussion and just acknowledge that GoG is a much more consumer-friendly affair than Steam ever was. I hope these guys have success with what they're coming up with and I'm sure that they can co-exist with Steam.
Just sign up, you should get in. I hope the final version releases soon, this might become my favourite game of all (yes, all) time. Tons of endless fun :)
I hope this is not true, PES15 is the best football game ever created... and I can't play Fifa anymore without getting annoyed by it.
I don't understand why it's even relevant what this guy thinks, he's being brought up so often but he's just another guy playing video games in his underpants, only that he's making a living from talking about it. Looking at the other reviews it's pretty apparent that he's just longing for attention.
Wasn't it Activison just recently with CoD etc.? That's really meh, the least interesting publisher if you ask me.
Just don't buy it guys, you won't be missing much... it's really hard for me to get excited about Assassin's Creed anymore.
My PC has a GTX780 but I've preordered the PS4 version nonetheless, mainly because my brother can play it (digitally) on his PS4 as well... but also because the PS4 version looks good enough from what I've seen.
Hopefully consoles can handle these kind of vast open worlds, I'd be disappointed if not (Skyrim on consoles was a pain for example)
EA showed tons of unfinished stuff last year, I wouldn't mind seeing at least the direction these games are heading... I certainly don't want to see 30mins of gameplay as some rumors suggest.
^Do you seriously think that a fan made project can look like that? To me this looks like the work of professionals, especially the textures.
It doesn't even feel like an indie game, there's more quality gameplay and polish in it than in many other AAA games. A must-have for every PS4 owner if you ask me, especially because of the local 4-player modes.
Doesn't matter, the game is worth every cent and I'll gladly support them with DLC.
I enjoyed it more than e. g. Lords of the Fallen or Darksiders, it's a solid handcrafted RPG.
Where consoles are lacking basic things PC is lacking content sometimes, so having both is the best you can do. Consoles are much cheaper than a proper gaming PC (that can run proper 4k) and their exclusives are a solid reason to own one.
Yeah big, cool conferences are just the right way for proper game announcements :D
Should've read the article first :D
Well I guess it's ok if they have a lot at E3... but I think this is the first "big" conference their skipping after at least 5 years~.
Jason seems worth it and I'm looking forward to the Predator but I'm still missing Kratos in the roster, most of my time was spent with him on MK9.
It's easy to understand why they're not worried even without knowing what they're going to announce at E3. Still, to compete with MS and secure this holiday season they need at least one megaton and I'm honestly thinking that The Last Guardian could be it. Couple that with announcements of Gran Turismo 7, God Of War 4 and something from Media Molecule/Quantic Dream/Guerilla Games and there'd be really no reason for Sony to worry about anything.
