Destiny was definitely overhyped but that doesn't mean that it's a bad game. I have more fun with it than with any CoD, Borderlands, Halo, Killzone and Battlefield game even though there's lots of room for improvement.

I'm level 22 now and I can assure you that the real fun only starts at max level. The story is pretty weak as a whole but the endgame is fun and addictive. I would give Destiny a 8.8/10 overall, my expectations were a bit higher than that but it's a very good game (and much, much better than any CoD, Halo or Battlefield I played so far) in any case.
But let me add that I'm more of a a RPG-kinda guy than a shooter fan so Destiny appeals to me more than typical shooters. Al...

Yes Bungie is a very sympathethic and down-to-earth studio, I'm glad this game turned out good and they're successful with it.

A girl I know actually thought that you can play Destiny only on PS4 (not even PS3) so yeah, that marketing seems to work to some degree.
I'm playing regularly from my works WiFi a few kilometers away and it's almost perfect with only minor hiccups now and then. Its heavily depending on the setup you have at home (your router or it's firewall might hinder incoming connections) and the WiFi quality.
Yes it's very late but I'm actually glad that it's releasing so late, I wouldn't play it earlier anyway due to the other spring releases. Now they can polish the game even more, I like that... if only Dying Light, The Witcher, The Order:1886 or Bloodborne would get that treatment as well :S

It most probably isn't, even the small mic that was included in every PS4 worked literally flawless for me and my brother.
Nah, the slightly higher price of the Gold Headset is worth it imo. You buy a HS every few years maybe and the Gold version looks much better (and it's the best headset I owned yet) than this.
