Because they are bold and shameless, they should've made that deal 3 years ago. I wouldn't say it's too late now but it's very risky since everyone and their mother owns Minecraft already. The good thing is that we'll probably get a heavily funded Minecraft 2 out of this.
More boring activities and terrible physics, yes.
MS once more throwing that Windows cash around, I'd be interested in hearing their motives for this. The only valuable thing at Mojang is the Minecraft IP.
He didn't even read the article, it's not talking about reviews at all. Also it's the truth, the real fun starts with the end game, the (terrible) story just exists to get you there. This game has some mechanics that make it addicting as hell.
Up until now, Destiny is actually my GOTY 2014 by far. There were quite a few decent releases this year but all in all I think that 2014 is a year of disappointments. 2015 is where it's at.
I actually don't understand how it became so popular in the first place... it's boring as hell, I didn't enjoy it at all.
The thing is, Mojang is making tons of money every year but Minecraft is still not a good "game". I don't see much talent in that company so I don't understand why Microsoft would want them other than for the IP itself.
I love this game, really, but I think that a lot of the criticism is justified and that Bungie should address it internally. They hyped the game to infinity as if they've developed the holy grail but in fact they got a solid base game with lots of potential and lots of bad design choices alike. Now they have to show us their commitment to this huge project and improve on all the aspects that could've been better.
Bloodborne has top priority for me as well :)
Until I'm done with this game nothing else touches my PS4.
Actually people reached this cap in the Alpha already, I'm at 16k Glimmer as well and it's quite annoying. It's probably there to keep the economy balanced but it makes you buy random stuff just to avoid it :/
Fully disagree with the arguments in this article, if you want these kind of things Destiny is the wrong game for you. However I agree with the statement that Destiny's PvP should get a few changes and additions.
Got it after finishing a Control match as first place. But my guess is that these rewards are almost completely random.
The current items will probably be replaced next week. I have 11 coins but I'll wait for next week as well.
I can imagine this thing selling great there :D
What a waste of money.
I got one called "God Of War", it's completely red and looks pretty cool :D
I want what the guys at EA are smoking, it's like they are stoned 24/7. iPhones are not even the most powerful mobiles on the market, how should they even come close to outputting 1,84 tFLOPS when better devices fail miserably?
No, actually not at all. It explains the endgame pretty well. Your comment is beyond pointless though.
There's actually lots to do, it just depends on whether you enjoy it. I for one still enjoy the heroic strikes and crucibles, even exploring the planets is fun for me.
Good judgement there. In any case, Quinn is on a serious Depression Quest now herself.
Notch will probably celebrate this every day for the rest of his life, he probably became the Bill Gates of gaming today.
