Personally, I think Sony won this generation when it comes to pushing out game after game & offering content not available anywhere else. A diverse lineup for all. Its not a remarkable strategy, its what they've always done. Not too shocking.

We've come a long way, but uh saying a crowd is the reason to buy a game is somewhat sad. PS3 games used to perform terribly compared to its counterparts, but those days are over.
These comparisons are silly, as you buy the game now with which friends you're playing with. Pretending crowds or grass is a reason to buy a game makes little to no sense, considering the same people balking about how they will buy the 360 version due to minuscule differences, can't see...

Battlefield(series) Is the best/most modern FPS out there. It feels weird to play other games with gigantic explosions and bombs that don't blow up buildings anymore. Or no vehicles. That dynamic alone should be mandatory in games. Its so amazingly fake to hide inside a Tin Hut when a laser cannon is shooting at you. Or when a C130 is shooting at your building. Destructibility adds that much more of a challenge to the game, makes you think & change your strategy. Its great.

1. The development team admitted that Story isn't core to the game. Which is the 100% reason for playing a MGS franchise title. The game was made fun of because its dumbed down for the 360 audience, which it is literally and factually true. No long story cut scenes, nothing deep.

Seriously.. People are so reluctant to give the PS3 credit for its amazing AAA games as well as their visual prowess and technical ability.
