First of all, yes, cars matter to a car simulator.Turn10 lied and promised X amount of DLC for the year. this was boasted about by Turn10 (as cars and dlc are a selling point) Including 1 car pack chosen by them, and 1 car pack chosen by the community.The japolink pack.

with a strong subwoofer. That said, prologues sounds did fall a bit short, but these new sounds are on par with any game I've heard. Easy to solve. Google a in-car-camera recording of these cars in real life, and bam.. sounds close.
Its the last thing that GT detractors have to cling onto, so they will pretend they aren't going to enjoy GT5 with its myriad of features, because the sound isn't good.

All that can be said for Kinect, is that it doesn't work. It has no titles, and thats been the case since E3. I don't need to play a device to know that its a bad webcam game. Do you really need to play Joyride to get the essence of the game? As a seasoned gamer... Do I really need to play Harry Potter to realllly get the gameplay mechanics of making two poses? Do I really need to pretend to play starwars while a video plays in front of me?

A few truths first. N4G is a joke of website as far as serious gaming discussion goes. This is true, the bubble/comment system is just abused by whichever side is in power. It would be a very interesting study to see how mob behavior and mentality works. The site is used as a source of news, but more gaming entertainment.
