At least it's not Plok. I rented that game for SNES from Blockbuster when I was young and I KNEW it was bad back then. I quit playing after about 30 mins and my dad was like "hey, why aren't you playing your game? I spent money on that for you." I could only imagine now. Terrible game.

Similar case for me, 36, wife, career... but new parent as of 3 months ago. I'm finding my gaming habits already changing quickly. I don't get into anything that I can't play quickly or pause. A round of MP in a game isn't as demanding as doing an online raid in Destiny. You do know, once it's purchased you can still redownload it. Another Konami title Suikoden II went missing from the Vita store, yet I can still redownload it from my list.

Plus the PC would open you up the Steam catalogue and games unavailable for none of the consoles. Technically, since XB1 is a Windows 10 gaming machine, You'd need to buy a Steam box also to keep up with value. I do suppose the backwards compatibilty adds value to some XB gamers.

It's no longer just DLC, it's standalone. It turned into a full 8-10 hour experience, yet Naughty Dog was kind enough to honor a copy still to everyone who purchased the Deluxe edition or season pass of UC4 at or around launch bc they originally promised "DLC story content" which turned into more.
As for Jak, I'm not entirely sure, but I believe it will be an up rez w added trophy support lke some of the other recent PS2 classics. Not full blown remak...
