MS has always pushed game play, new ways to play and new ways to enjoy your hardware instead of focusing on technology.
That is a consistent message you look at original Xbox introducing Xbox Live, then Xbox 360 pushed digital and easy to develop for smaller studio games, apps such as Netflix, social gaming and Kinect.
With Xbox One, MS are pushing cloud onto consoles and multitasking.
Whereas the competition is just pushing more pixels. Nint...
Ironically, using AA batteries are for the future. When Playstation DS3 and DS4 are no longer sold, and that battery no longer functions, there will still be AA batteries.
When I'm gaming and battery run out, I love to just pop in new ones and continue like nothing happened.
With this built in batteries, when charge is out, I'm gaming like 1999 with a 6 ft cable attached to my console.
Now, tell my why a proprietary battery designed...
"So Edge are doing their own 180 to match the X1's reversals after their flamebait magazine cover post-E3?"
Ironically yes, but I was disappointed Edge went with popularity over discussing the vision of Xbox One. I always respected Edge, even when they gave my beloved Mass Effect a score of 7, despite its awesomeness.
Because they went against the grain, when appropriate and surely ME had it's flaws.
However, Edge lost all m...
Indie games are overrated. Think about it, of all the indie games released, how many have mass appeal and gained massive traction.
There are successes, like Minecraft, but relative to the amount of games released it is like finding a diamond in the ocean.
This game looks like it is going to be a blast, and it likely will be the first hardcore game to validate the inclusion of Kinect One.
Personally, can't wait!
I already install all my games on Xbox 360, and many games on Steam don't work offline anyhow.
The boxes are almost always connected, so I would have preferred instant switching and game sharing over a stupid physical disc.
The console is so limited anyhow without the internet so I don't see why people would cling to that!
That is assuming it wasn't just the fanboys and a niche group of people making the whole hoopla.
The vast majority of Xbox 360 users already connect their box to the internet.
You are doing plenty well spinning faster than Chun Li!
:D
@jessupj:
"lol, gtfo hypocrite.
I have yet to see you acknowledge 1 single piece of legitimate negative xbone news, so don't you start calling out other people."
Even if that was true, not acknowledging a single piece of negative Xbox One news hardly makes you a troll!
That said, who appears like a troll?
Me giving a perfect reason and viable option to discuss or you going on an attack without adding any...
That is a great interview, but the original source for this is better:

As much as I want Respawn to make this game all it can be, I can't wait and want it now, problems or not!!!
Obviously if you received a gift card, you should be able to use the gift card without a credit card.
That is one of the benefits of such a card. Imagine giving a giftcard to a youngster and expecting them to have a credit card!?
I'm NOT saying it cannot, but rather saying I have not seen anything from any other game to suggest it has game mechanics that rival Titanfalls.
All we have seen so far of Destiny indicates it will not have the same epic game play. In fact, Destiny looks rather bland gameplay wise with some cool art style.
@Goku781:
Wouldn't redirecting stock from other regions to meet demand in other countries suggest the pre-order numbers would be really high?
Anyhow, why am I bothering responding to a troll. They don't respond to reason, only annoyance.
@Goku781:
If you wanted a single player experience with a deep story, then perhaps Bioshock Infinite or Tomb Raider is a better fit.
A multiplayer game is suppose to be focus on fast starting of games. I don't want to stare at the same lines being said over and over, because it HAS a meaningfull story.
I have not seen a single game that makes multiplayer focus and story go together, and I'm not sure I want to.
That sa...
PS3 was lead for multiplatform games as well....
Haven't we learned anything from the past. Remember how Sony focused on bandwidth on the PS3 and decided to have split memory with a VRAM pool with superior bandwidth and general purpose RAM?
Turns out, more RAM was preferential than bandwidth and subsequently the PS3 had pretty poor performing games.
You play the same game now?
Again with the memory bandwidth and of course now also CU, but it turns out latency and CPU matters!

The difference is MS has done a lot of tweaks to figure out how to balance their system. How do you explain that to the masses that has the slightest idea of technology beyond use?
It's like a race circuit, more horsepower doesn't mean faster lap times if the circuit has many turns and twists.
Unfortunately the masses has been educated by one side that pure numbers they CAN understand is how it should be measured instead of real engineers tasked with ...
@SEGAisBETTER:
as opposed to what other shape?
rounded squares?
circles?
spheres?
I said PS Vita was pretty much doomed when announced, and time has consistently proven that.
Young children usually do not carry a smartphone, hence the 3DS makes sense. However, the older crowd carries a smart phone, and that has games, and a lot of other things to dominate their time.
As such, PS Vita is a bad value proposition, especially at that cost and the poor selection of games.
Exactly!
I don't believe in shielding children, as they have immense capacity for understanding.
It is when you shield them that you do harm, but that doesn't mean you should unleash them onto anything. It means supervision and explanations.
Want children?
Make sure you have the time for it!
