Transistor, Don't Starve, and Mine Craft are all indie games, all very good games.
There are allot of bad ones, I'll give you that. But the same can be said about AAA games. You have to sift through and find what's best.
This wait is killing me.
It's Samurai Warriors and Dynasty Warriors crossover game. But it is still the same team/gameplay.
900p is automatically upscale to 1080p on the PS4 (same for X1 if I recall correctly) it doesn't look as good as native though. But it is still 1080p, just upscaled.
This game could be 1080p 30fps easy on next gen, but with resources scattered across 6 platforms resources were scattered more and optimization was thinner.
People think it's easier but writing code for this is hard, each system is running a different LoD system, prolly tweaked lighting per system, having to scale all the textures. It's taxing, even more so when you have to get is stable on 5 systems at launch and a 6th one shortly after.
tl:dr cross ...
MAG's 256 was 128 vs 128
Not 512 in a room...
And portable!
I think texture wise the game will be bad, but from the looks of it they are just gonna cram particle effects everywhere.
Gonna get it next pay day, watched a few live feeds and it sold me on the game!
Expect downgrade!
Nah, that video is awesome. I got the CE pre ordered and I cannot wait! I was gonna get it and ACIV at launch, but this one had to make me wait... looks worth it though.
Also, that was some good Free Running!
Gifting would be nice.
Also the ability to link party chat into the live stream, so you can have a few people talking during it.
The ability to record the party chat with the share button, captures the moments better in coop (Resogun for instance, some of commentary was great with me and my friend, would have been a great upload.)
Ability to upload to Youtube, minor complaint now since I can export though.
This game was no real looker on the PC. It's graphics have always been kinda average. And they are not going to rebuild every asset from the ground up again just because it's re releasing again.
That costs millions.
It's the PSP issue, good hardware sales, but software is almost impossible to move.
Well they interviewed someone from Crytek, who DOES have a clue what he is talking about.
Say what you will about gameplay, but Crytek knows their graphics.
Wish Amazon would ship my game early...
Ouch? How so? 7 is a good score, and prolly fitting for the game.
I love Drakengard and NieR, but they are not groundbreaking games, or high budget, so this is what I'd expect.
Still one of my most hyped games right now though.
Well it already has ads, and due to it being on the PS4/X1 then copyrighted streams can't really be called out and stopped, unless they hit emulation (Twitch plays Pokemon) and the LoL streams (Riot is crazy so you never know)
Could be an unnoticed switch, could be horrible.
For a company always looking to the future their whole announcement of the EaaS seems to have dumbfounded them... Still waiting...
As always, the PC keeps on walking. But that's due to the upgradable nature of it. And it's extreme versatility, and vast category or games.
Nothing will change in the gaming market, everyone says PC gaming is dead are idiots. But console gaming is also here to stay.
I use a PS4/PC set up (Wii U later) due to the Japanese games on consoles.
Wow... I am working on building that exact computer...
