That would be a good package for someone with a PS3 that wants to get the Move accessories.
But they also need to have a party pack cause not everyone is gonna want to play hardcore games with the sub/navigation controller so I could see a package along the lines of

Very misleading title as MS said Halo3 was the last one yet now we have Reach coming and even more Halo games planed. Microsoft knows they have some key games and they will never stop producing them cause they are the shooter type and that is what sells in the only territory they sell more in.
I agree with you Blaster_Master but in essence all consoles are PCs they are just standardized. Everything that is on a console is also on a PC. Everything on a PC can be put on consoles but at a higher cost.
The person who disagrees doesn't understand MS selling ethics. They may be the cheapest upfront but to have any of the additional(DLC) content you have to have a hdd and that is where they make you pay more then anything else.

Smith and Tinker bought the rights and are working on a Reboot. In the spirit of the Mechwarrior simulator not the fast action game style of the Assault.

I highly doubt Ms will bundle everything like that with the way they rip people off for accessories now. I could see an arcade bundle with Natal for 299$ but not with a hdd.
Get a PC for changing hardware. The reason for consoles is the standardized setup. If a Dev knows they have a set amount of RAM and a 1 set speed CPU with a Certain amount of HDD and a specific GPU they can write the game code much easier cause they already know the speeds at which everything is going to process. In the case of Computers they have to scale everything to fit processors between X-Y speed while having M-P Ram Available, which only A-B HDD space.
Consoles are just a standardized PC that is not upgradable. So Yes all the next gen (9th) consoles are in essence a PC, but just have all the same hardware with not many options for the accessories.

I see where you are coming from but with Activision bringing that into the light, it means nothing. IW still delivered the greatest reviewed/sold game ever. It showed that they can do the work and still worry about business when they can. Activision has done nothing but praise IW publicly until they ousted the 2 founders. That right there is going to come back to bite Activision in the butt because it will show how 2 faced they really are.

This author fails to mention that games do reward costumes or items for completing tasks in the games. White Knight Chronicles gives the user the White Knight armor if they get a platinum trophy, and you automatically get a 8ft tall White Knight statue to use for Decoration.
SFIV offers Home rewards just they are insanely hard to get.
