It was "fixed" long ago and just morphed into E74. Look at the Microsoft own company Square Trade. They only report on the RROD failure rate and always leave out the E74 failures.
with the way Sony has back peddled on PS2 backwards compatibility and otherOS support I wouldn't doubt if they did charge to play online.

Game hasn't even been out a week and websites are already trying to submit articles about the best tracks this is the kind of "article" that makes N4G crap.
It is call of duty MW2. If a new hack doesn't come out for each "patch" it means people have stopped playing it due to the next one coming out. The game is broken and rushed. Anyone still playing this is stupid cause IW isn't gonna do crap right.
It is the same way with everyone else. You can't access PlayStation store threw a computer but only threw their hardware. You can't access the WiiWare threw a computer but only the Wii. Everyone wants to own the internet cause if someone/some company did they would rule the flow of information and entertainment.
THe only person who wants Insomniac to go Multiplat form is HHguesser. He wants them to do that for the simple fact one of his rumors might actually come true. Other then that no one wants to see Insomniac go multiplat.

I have a feeling Namco Bandai is going to do to Naruto what they have done with DBZ. Every year/other year we get something with a few new features and a whole lot of new characters but it is he same stuff piratically.

The best part about Move is that it is an ADDITIONAL game tool. Developers can't base their games around the Move Hardware. Yes the games can require parts of Move to get threw it but anyone who buys the games for Move will have the hardware. Socom 4 is a perfect example. They are having Move+sub controller support but you can stick with the standard DS3.
Sony removed OtherOS functionality for 2 reasons.
1 GeoHotz and his hack/crack
2 Sony and IBM are now marketing a Cell Server for research like what the otherOS feature was used for on the PS3 but this Cell Server is 10x the cost of a PS3 and actually has support from IBM to help people.
