This has happened before with other games. RAGE for example. DVD is past its prime and this only liens more strength to that argument.
Why would snake be Executed when the GOVERNMENT sent him into stop Ocelot. It's an ending that wouldn't have made any sense.
You play LBP on the PS3 you have played it on all the systems. It is a direct port with added controls for each system(PSP/VITA).
PS2 showed that you didn't need the most powerful GPU/CPU to get the fans. Xbox showed that Gaming was headed towards online.
Both had their pros/cons.
I would have to add WhiteKnightChronicles II. The game has so much to it AND you have to play the first 1 if you want any chance of knowing what happens. It's only downfall was the required Grinding to get items and guild levels.

But you are paying to rent a portion of a 360 game to play online with XboxLive? I would rather get games at a discount and also get free games then have to continue to pay to use part of a game I already paid for.

@KingElixir Sony was First all last Gen and was last to release this gen yet still has been pretty successful.
People still wait till the end of a console cycle to get the best hardware and all the games in one big bang.

The Disc and Packaging cut into the profit margin. That is why he doesn't want them. Just like 99% of the Devs out there pushing Digital over physical. That and they can take your right to use it away at a moments notice.
