No Forbes isn't a joke run by haters, they have become a website looking for hits. The more outrageous the Headline the more hits they get thus the more advertising revenue they get.
And this is yet another reason that the White House Petition website is going to continue to be a joke. It is a Serious website that "adults" with child mentality think is a way to protest.

You already don't own the games. If you read the EULA for each game you pay a 1 time rental fee that can't be transferred. THAT IS FOR EVERY BIT OF SOFTWARE.

It is nice to see a developer support their game like this even over 2 years after release.
I could see charging to play online, but not to use Netflix, facebook, or any of the other "apps".
People said the same thing about the PS3 GPU and there has been great games coming out. Give it time. The first few waves of games for a console are pretty much developers learning the hardware.
