No there are several reviews stating they played on PS4 and had none of these issues.
I've played for roughly 5-7 hours on Xbox one. Didn't experience anything you mentioned. Almost all the ps4 reviews I've came across praised it for not launching with technical issues which has been the standard lately. I can't read what you experienced (at work) but sounds like you are in the minority so far anyways.
Yeah if it's as good as HR then regardless of what day 1 edition contains it's worth the admission price.
It's most certainly a driver issue.
Man I'd bet on Microsoft for a lot of things but their game publishing is awful. Taking risks on game development has not been one of their strong points in my opinion.

The upscaling is ok although I did a casual gamer test by asking my wife which one looked better between the two xboxes on my 4k HDR10 supported TV.

@TranceHop I'm sure he can find plenty of games to play between now and when Dead Rising 4 lands on PS4. It's not like Dead Rising is a high profile game known for its story. Nothing will be spoiled or lost from waiting for the majority of PS4 owners.
I means literally nothing. No gaming controller for a mobile phone will ever "take off". It's impractical to say the least.
Best multiplayer game that's been released in a long time. I agree with you adding even starts with weapons spread on the maps to be fought over is far superior to the new generation of multiplayer games.
