You shouldn't judge a game because it got a different artstyle, look at borderlands 2 it looks stunning on pc and the artstyle makes it even better. I'm pretty sure it's the same story with this game.
Even though I'm a PC gamer, I'm getting this game. It looks like combat will be so dynamic! A game that will probably need lots of playthroughs since there's so many possibilities!.
What's the difference between normal and vault hunter?
I haven't finished the game, wouldn't mind playing again to get to level 50 anyways
Even Modders find it easy to do, I've seen some pretty original modded guns in fallout.

As a PC and Console (PS3), I know PCs destroy consoles in graphics and gameplay most of the time, but it doesn't make them a bad platform, they still give a good gaming experience.
BTW, you shouldn't be telling people what to buy if you don't know how many money and time they have in their hands.
GOW doesn't look that good, it's full of low res textures. But it still looks good for consoles.
Last of us got ugly textures too, look at the floor on the first shot, and look at the truck and the ceilling in the second one. Even though most of the enviromet looks vibrant and the character models are flawless.
Beyond two souls does look good.

Only a slow PC would do that, mine boots up in about 30 secs tops and Steam is already opened, only F2P games ask you to log in to their server.
BTW, when you open games up they already have the recommended settings for your computer on.

Borderlands 2 isn't more of the same, this time it got a good story, good characters, improved graphics (well, for PC at least, haven't been able to see the console version in action) the game looks stunning! Improved gameplay, this time every gun feels different, new classes. I could go on but I have to finish my project
Seriously, those problems are non existent for every PC gamer I know. If you knew what you're doing when building a PC and installing your programs, you wouldn't get a single problem
If you built your pc correctly and installed everything correctly most of the problems mentioned here won't happen.
Even though I haven't played forza games, from what I've seen, they're completely different.
