Clock speed doesn't make a CPU better than a lower clock speed one, a pentium can have a higher clock than the i7 but that doesn't make it better.
Same with RAM, I would take 1 GB of DDR 3 at 1600mhz over 2GB of RAM with DDR 3 at 1333mhz.
The Wii U will never be at it's full glory because of the slow CPU, meaning the Wii U indeed will have less life.

There's some flaws in your logic, most people here think Bigger CPU = Better CPU or Better clock speed or more cores = better CPU; you can't say a Pentium OC'd to 4.5+ghz is better than a I3+ at 3.7ghz, learn something about PCs . You guys haven't seen an I7 haven't you? It's REALLY small.
Also efficiency is not a problem on modern high end CPUs they're actually a lot more cool and use a lot less energy.

PC cases can apply to console cases because consoles are like PCs. They have a GPU, CPU, Motherboard, RAM, etc. And no, theres no way around bottlenecks other than an OC or buying a better CPU, because games are run by the CPU and GPU

COD isn't CPU intesive, I'm pretty sure the Wii U will have worse fps on more CPU intesive games. But we don't know yet, he may be talking about raw clock speeds which doesn't really matter if you have a good CPU architecture.

Wii U's GPU isn't a beast, and if the CPU is as bad as they say, we may see the CPU bottlenecking the GPU even if it's a beast.
Try to run CPU intesive games with a 680 and a pentium and you're going to have shitty framerate; my friend was saying the gtx680 sucks because he had better framerates with his previous GPU, it was a bottleneck, he bought a 3770k and his framerate increased dramatically.

Downloadable/small games sure had a great year.
I have a Vita, the games aren't good, only game I liked was gravity rush. UC was average, Resistance felt generic, AC felt rushed, LBP was fun but got boring, almost no good levels, and so on; Vita games feel meh. I'm gonna play Persona 4 before I sell my Vita.
It was on #1 a while ago, when people started selling it at 400+
Sully is underdeveloped in UC2. That's my only complaint with it, half life got a better story tho
