The supreme court has been pretty reasonable over the past 50 years (Roe v wade. Bakke case. Brown v Board. Upholding right to bear arms etc). I trust that they will uphold the rights of free expression protected by the first amendment and decide not to act on this. I really dont see what loophole they could find to ban violent video games.

Saints Row will never reach GTA levels because they dont make thier own innovative idead for the free roam genre. They just follow Rockstar and steal thier ideas. Look at Saints Row 3 screens and you could easily mistake them for GTA IV screens. Rockstar did that already and they are probably moving to the next big thing that no one has ever seen. RPGS broaden the vocabulary pretty well. I remember in 11th grade english the word encumbered came up and I knew what it meant because of Oblivion. Im a pretty big histroy guy too so games like Assassins Creed and to some extent RDR help me to really get a view of what things were like back then. More games should take that approach.
Id like to see San Andreas stories on Vita. As far as a full fleged GTA on a handheld goes, that is a prettty bad idea. As good as Vita is, it could hold back the potential of the game.
360 is pretty likely to be included as well. I think Rockstar learned its lesson on developing for 360 as the primary build though and hopefully they will use PC or PS3 as the primary build and port it to Xbox 360. It makes all the versions better really.
This game has probably been in development for a long time. Rockstar started on GTA IV right after san andreas was released so I dont see why they would not do the same here.

They even kept Move down to a minimum and focused on the games like you are supposed to do. The announcment of Vita and its price just awesome. The cheap 3D television was a suprise as well.

Sony is making way too much money selling repackaged HD collections that we already bought. PS2 compatibility will never return. Im alright with it though because collections have some easy trophies.

Just because ps2 had a slightly lower performance doesnt mean that it was far behind from its competition. People dont get it.
