People who haven't played it/don't play PC games shouldn't really speak on it, it annoys me that false information is passed around about PC requirements for new games.
"Hey dude, did you hear you need to upgrade your video card once a month to keep up with PC games?!"
"Sh!t dude, I heard it also costs $5000 to afford a PC capable of running crysis"
Incorrect, I run crysis at 1440x900, 2xAA all other settings on high, less impor...
Delays aren't good, but getting all stressed out over GTA being delayed means you're either not old enough to be playing the game anyway/your life needs filling in.
you dont see this sh!t happening anywhere else but America, I'm curious to what's causing this.
This sounds lame, what's the obsession with the military with western developers?
PC gamers & reviewers are smarter than console ones when it comes to giving an accurate analysis of a game, I've always said Gears deserved a 7-8/10 and here we have it from someone who knows their stuff.
because that joke is old and unfunny
this one looks severely outdated, I know the original was playing the American shoot-anything-and-say-one-lin ers movie stereotype to the max but I don't think today it bodes too well. It looks lame to me
want a mindless shooter with nice graphics and no storyline? I can't believe I fell for the hype and paid the retail price for this on release day, awful, awful game.
Even cheap PCs look and run better than consoles do, it's a complete misconception that a good gaming PC will break the bank. My PC was the same price as my PS3 and it runs crysis all on high with a framerate of 50-60fps, not to mention I have superior control with the mouse and keyboard.
Unless keyboards come as standard then no, games like WoW have too many spells/abilities etc for a controller
Killzone, Gears and Halo are all boring shooters with nice graphics overshadowing games which are actually good. As far as visuals though Killzone really takes the crown.
because he never responds to logical posts because they always prove him wrong
Americans love some Halo yeeeeeeehaw, afterall a game isn't a game unless you're mindlessly shooting "stuff" for 6+ hours over and over again...
Western devs still have a long way to go with story/gameplay, first person shooters have the simplest game mechanics and worst storylines available, most of them put too much effort into the visuals rather than what we're playing.
One guy above said what about Halo for gameplay and story, don't make me laugh.
Couldn't have said it better myself
God bless America? I hate it when people say that, it's so selfish and arrogant and it makes me sick. If you're going to bless everyone bless the whole world even though I think religion is dumb.
The war is a bad thing and the soldiers (most of them) are innocent in all of this, but all human life is equal. Thoughts go out to the Iraqi men, women and children just as much as western troops, if you don't believe that then you don't deserve to be living in a safe and easy environment like the US, Canada, U.K and western Europe.
Wow you spoke to "a lot" of people, take a survey did we mart? let's be honest here, you know people who had a PS2 (who didn't) and they bought a 360 after being furious at the previous pricing of the PS3.
People are happy with their PS2s still today, people don't make the jump because they can't afford it or because they don't feel the need right now.
and Dreamintruder, the 360 has been out TWICE as long as the PS3 and add an extra 9 months more for E...
"In Underwater Wars you and your squad are members of US Navy elite division. Your mission, to protect freedom and to provide peace and the law and order on all planet."
*vomits*
Is this what gaming has become? a bunch of cliches and cookie cutter titles? The U.S. military save the planet from freedom haters dropping "hilarious" one-liners along the way and blowing sh!t up while flexing their muscles yada yada yada, how boring.
You're an idiot if you think uncharted has the same mass appeal as GTA.
