This is the kind of dough you use for a car, surgery, international expensive vacations....anything with actual value.
Only the ones that have an expansive enough world would work as a tv show. As a movie for 2-3 hours condensed you’d need something that has a short, simple, and effective story.
That and the Avengers game. Perfect timing to announce something on that after Endgame. Also want to see more of Babylon Fall with SE and Platinum together again. So far with Automata they knocked it out of the park with Yoko Taro.
Not that I think 12 is even close to the best, but it’s even more laughable that you think the user reviews on metacritic have any value.

Review scores tend to be looked upon in terms of the school grading scale; at least for video games. Anything less than a 7 is looked at as not passing generally speaking; perhaps not necessarily failing either though like a D in college if a game gets something like a 65. It should be harder to get anything higher than a 7, but easier to at least get a 7 as long as the game does all of the basics right and has enough value. Especially if the game is functional, without many or any glitche...

You say there’s millions that have stopped yet the series is still selling within the range it always has since ff7. There were millions and millions less before ff7. The old school ff gamers pre ff7 are just the loudest.
The series is about as glorious now as it has ever been.
In which case TR is still where it always was in regards to its writing’s “former glory”. It was always hard to care about any other character other than Lara.
