COD sells 20 mil copies a month or so after release, no need for an online pass.
It burns my eyes!! How can one person suck so much? Why am I not able to play these games early? I mean really, in my hands the game game would look good and people could see how it worked. Just imagine movies being explained by a 2 yr old and this is this video in a nutshell.
Just glad they had one. Looking for a decent squad to run with, and yes I have a mic (shocker!).

I really don't give a shit what the public at large(idiots) deem it. All I know is I'll take it as a beta because when all is said and done, any problems we run into will be addressed in the retail code. As far as I'm concerned, if it was a demo, single player is what we would be playing.
I have to disagree with your "reason".
1. Not being on Xbox and a shooter isn't some kinda "insta fail" the way your making it out to be. Yes the 360 is the shooter machine, but can you really say this is a game that will translate well to the "SHOOTER" on the xbox?
2. Downloadable title! Flower should have never done as well as it did, but it did. The fact your using Sony's exclusive line-up against it makes me laugh con...
@guitarded
As much as I loved Battlefront, Starhawk looks to be better than whatever that may have been.
OR, Payday: The Heist, I feel that game needs more exposure, but this does look like it could be pretty good.
I highly doubt this dev started making this game thinking "We've just made the second coming of the FPS.". I see it more along the lines of "The FPS genre as a whole is stagnant. What could we possibly do to stand-out from the pack". If it does fail miserably like you say(which I highly doubt, seeing as how it's a downloadable title) it's just a testament to how crappy and single minded the gaming world has become.
I really don't feel I'm getting less, I'm getting the best that consoles can do. 24 players does seem low considering KZ2&3, MAG, R2, and even the upcoming Starhawk, but it seems like a reasonable sacrifice only considering the destruction. It's not less, just smaller if that makes since(?) to anyone.
@andron
Thanks for the info. I thought the franchise was purchased so that the True Crime name would still be attached.
All downloadable aren't created equal. The pricing seems MORE than justifiable considering a game like L4D goes for for the full $59.99. You won't find to many games with this kind of replay-ability for such a steal.
Exactly how I feel. EVE always intrigued me, but I wasnt willing to give it the attention it needed. Know, with the integration of an FPS I can and will end up getting EVE to bolster my stats in Dust.
I can't wait to play this damn game! Co-op cop killing, dope man robbing jewel heist has been a long time coming. They took the best part of GTA IV and made it all the more awesome. Happy heisting.

You bet it is.
Didn't someone pick up True Crime: Hong Kong?
Was this meant to be surprise me? I'm not.
But the pc version is the way to go? Does anyone else see the irony here?
I felt the same way. Hell, sometimes I throw the disc in just to make sure I was justified in my disappointment.
But it's not really up to MS where gears goes. In my humble opinion, Epic loves the marketing money they(ms) throw at the game. If Gears was MP I highly doubt it would be getting the exposure it enjoys now. Plus being one of only a handful of exclusive titles on the console gives it a bit of breathing room.
Well Sony had announced Vita months before Wii-u was, so............
Edit: Excuse me it was the NGP.
