Yes I would get a refund. Not alert the press to my petty situation. So he basically has to put up a deposit for the replacement controller, that is not a big deal. It makes complete sense to ask for that if you're offering a refund.
He doesn't have to accept free live he can not use it if he wants. Maybe getting a replacement is all they technically owe him so he should be happy that they will do that. Everybody wants something for nothing. For "my troubles" cause being on the phone kills me.
TLDR He should be thankful they offered compensation because they don't owe him any.

The title implies that there is something wrong in reference to motion blur in the game when in fact the suppression is working as intended. So this is not a fix. DICE uses suppression to simulate the fear of being shot at, you turn of the blur and have perfect vision, you did not FIX it you simply cheated. Call it what it is.

I feel like what really matters is that the game is functioning exactly as intended and resources aren't being thrown away so people can play youtube director. Yeah but I can already easily share my console and games with my family, not that any of them play.
