You are right it isn't a big deal that the cutouts are just cutouts. The big deal is why the game company intentionally deceives the consumer. Not a conspiracy in anyway, I just don't get it we are going to find out the truth eventually so just be upfront. The devs make this a big deal by attempting to construe the true graphical prowess of their games. It is a stupid thing to do in the end.
