No i have seen YouTubers and journalists who were taunting and trashing FF XV before then played teh demo and said it was promissing or even more .

Magic is important in the game but would have been useless in the demo anyway since the weather system does affect it heavily (changes its power and shape) .
You have weapon specialization , in fact you have a lot of weapon kinds (axe, spear , swords , gun-lances etc ) and you can lvl those weapons and keep the same weapon the whole game if you want .

Maybe we should wait FF XVI before saying something like it , FF XV isn't even out but people are acting like FF is a ARPG franchise now .

I am also not very fond of Turn Based RPG but Divinity Original sin does it very well and for a good reason , that game would not be as good if it was an ARPG .
Don't show it in the 1st place : no better footage seen = no downgrade seen .

Mobile gaming is a thing in Japan like arcade gaming or MMOs , if it brings them money it is good for us (+50% this fiscale year ) since they can put more money in AAA games like FF XV .
They need to adapt to the market and not only do fan service . ...

As a JRPG fan i prefer to get a PS4 than a PC for the same price , i am mostly here to play my favorite games and those are not on the PC .
