microsoft have been building bridges with nintendo for a while with comments on how they like the wii and want people to go wii60 and letting rare release diddy kong racing on the DS and now this halo rumour which could easily be true makes me wounder what microsoft want.
Classic rare live arcade titles? or cross platform titles or we'll give you DS stuff if you live arcade games?
zelda came out on the cdi even if it was rubbish.
demo's have to go though a certification process to get on to the marketplace and most dev's struggle to get the latest build up and running for E3 ive heard most dev's take several builds with them just in case the latest keeps on crashing so if a game has a good engine and is showing promise ms will have decided long ago which demo's will be on marketplace for e3 so we won't get all the demo shown but we'll get all the trailer though in HD!
doom 3 introduced normal mapping to gameing which was very advanced for the time so it did deserve it's awards assassins creed and bioshock have been the big winner recently and does anyone think they are going to be less than great to be fair to the journalists they can only judge what they see.
what does this guy want them to say 'well we saw alot of games over the last 3 day and none of them are finished so we ain't going to tell you how good they are'

What I wish they had done with oblivion was make it the farther you strayed from the main paths the tougher and more varied the monsters got and made massive ruin you could see from miles in the distance but couldn't get to because of your level

rough animation linking the moves together gameplay looks good though nice background on the first 2 vids but the water on the last looks s@#t no reaction to the movement of the characters from the players legs or even a splash when someone gets thrown in tekken has been going down hill since 3 but it finally seems like namco has learned how to texture with this and ace combat

Mr cameron is just using soundbites for the press at ever opportunity I'm not condoning copying games and music in any way but to say it leads to organized crime just makes him sound out of touch with normal society
I think the 360 will drop in price soon the ps2 dropped it price before now in it's lifecycle and the xbox dropped real quick so expect a price drop soon either at E3 or with the launch of GTA or maybe as late as Halo 3
and much better than kameo even if kameo had some of the best textures on the 360 watch the dev diary at game trailers there is a early 3d engine test at the end of the interview click on link
and it's nothing like geo wars or the original super stardust it seem's quite slow paced compared to geo wars defiantly more asteroids than robotron all set on a rotating globe not bad but still prefer mutant storm on live which is way underrated

The 360 is due a price cut considering the lifecycle of the console it should have happened before now, microsofts press conference is before sony's at E3 and I think they will announce a price cut that will be effective from then which will put alot of pressure sony's conference.
sony have allready said there will be no price cut this year so if they do they will face the wrath of early adopters because they went back on a promise or if they don't an ms do they will be left be...
some quite cool stuff in the special edition version liking the duffel bag and the cd will be good alot better than that silly master chief helmet
EA use there own servers on the 360 and final fantasy 11 used it's own servers too to have a persistent online world you have to use your own servers anyway
This needs translating to Japanese if MS are serious about succeeding in japan even if it means subtitles the voice acting great and English movies used to dominate the cinemas in japan and throw in a translated KOTOR as well in a collectors edition
