While I agree the PS3 has better hardware, you don't say why the PS3 has better hardware. So the PS3 has the better percent of 80 or higher games. If you want to play that game with me then last gen the PS2 was the WORST system. But since we don't live in fantasty land, the PS2 infact had the best games, no matter how many games it had in total. The same goes for the 360. Let's first take a look at the game libraries. The 360 has the largest game library this gen. Surely you'd have better odds at finding a game you'd like on the 360 than any other next gen console. Reasonable, no?
