Yeah, the press ask about a FFVII remake a lot. I've seen so many interviews with SE developers, and they almost always ask about a FFVII remake.
I hope it's a FFVII remake. KH2 left a bad taste in my mouth...
They picked the right game for sure. There were lots of other great games this year that could of easily been GoTY, but when put up against Demon's Souls there really is no comparison. It's a gamers game and it's a great one. UC2 was great and epic, but it followed the new age casual gamer formula pretty closely. Demon's Souls is unique, immersive, intense, and extremely satisfying.
DS is the no brainer GoTY for true gamers. Amazing job From Software... I really look forward...
Finding a copy shouldn't be to hard anymore. They sent out another shipment and that one didn't sell out instantly like the first one did. My gamestop had like 5 brand new copies the other day.
Lol this from a 360 fangirl who's never played Demon's Souls. I've played both pal, and guess what? Demon's Souls is better. Bu bu bu bu Dragon Age! Oh it's multiplat... bu bu multiplats are always best on 360!!! oh wait....
Seriously 360 fantools have no argument here. Go back into your mother's basement and play your outdated and overrated Halo games. Leave the big boy gaming to us real gamers.
The Last Guardian for the win. Team ICO games are just on a different level compared to other games. My most anticipated game for 2010 by far. Here's hoping it doesn't get pushed into 2011.

It is actually a pretty damn good back story too. Shame they couldn't really bring any of that good story into the actual game though. It really makes you question who the good guys actually are. :P

Dragon Age is great, but there is to many small flaws that hold it back from being better than Demon's Souls. DS so far is my game of the generation.
Props to Visceral for making both look pretty much exactly the same. There really is no excuse to NOT have both versions look the same. I'm excited for Bayonetta but disappointed in Platinum and Sega for making a shoddy PS3 port. Will probably gamefly Dante's Inferno, but am buying GoW3 day 1 no question.

Demon's Souls deserves it by far. Brilliant game.
Religion is evil in my eyes. Mohammad can rot in hell in the game for all I care... Jesus Christ could be rotting in hell and I wouldn't give a crap. Religion is such a joke but lets not get into it. :)
Well since it looked like the voters were mostly hardcore, then it is a no brainer that PS4 was in the lead. You really can't be a hardcore gamer without a Playstation system. There are to many great exclusives that you just can't play on any other platform.
Borderlands was fun... but the obvious console port to the PC didn't turn out all that great. That is the one thing that turned me off to Borderlands. I did have a blast playing co-op with some friends though.
Can't believe people are still trying to downplay this game. Oh well I'll be enjoying it and that's all that matters.
Sorry but you'd have to be completely delusional to think FFXIII will sell 5-6 million by the end of the year in Japan.
I don't know why 360 fanboys are defending Forza3 so much...none of them bought the game.
It would have an impact... FFVII sold over 9.5 million worldwide, and there are loads of people who just played FFVII and loved it, but didn't really play/care for the later FF games as much. I guarantee that all sorts of FFVII fanboys would jump out of the woodworks and buy a PS3 just for a FFVII remake.
