It's an isometric ARPG...console gamers only play shooters. Just look and C&C, supcom, sacred 2 how much did they sell on console's compared to PC.
You realise Diablo 1 and 2 were PC only aka anyone that has ACTUALLY PLAYED THEM. Will likely be older than your generation of gamers who are not allergic to PC, and these wise old guard gamers known which platform to buy it on.
Diablo 3 involves a lot of clicking and a hot bar......

The new graphical style is awesome suck it haters.
I find it hard going back to the first game. I gave up on my last playthrough because the exploration is tedious. But the story is better in ME1...the gameplay is just better in ME2...now if they can combine them for ME3...my god we will have one hell of a game.
I want to watch it, but I don't want to see the intro to one of my most anticipated games this gen before I get my hands on it. People like to have played a game in their heads before they get their hands on it. People wonder why games are too easy these days....the unknown to too difficult for people to comprehend.

First generation gamers, that is the problem, gaming begins and ends for them this gen which is why they can't get over it *shake...
So what you are saying is that despite the fact that you have had access to a 360 on which you could have played mass effect 1 as long ago as 3 years....and ME2 6 months ago. You are only interested in it now that it's coming to PS3...Let me just post you a quote from a comment I wrote earlier, it applies to you:

Sorry, I figured most people would go straight to ME2, skipping ME1...in which case it isn't a surprise.
I also think that anyone who had a legitimate interest in the serious would have played in on 360 or on PC already. So those that haven't played ME1 either don't have a 360....don't have a good PC....or don't care. I can't think of any other reason why they would skip it for years until the PS3 announcement. Unless they are the kind of fickle person...
Have you ever played a PC multiplat. I have only ever played maybe 2 true 'ports' aka cut and paste assets: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and X-Men: Wolverine.
99% of games are scaled down for the console's rather than up.
Everything from HUD, to inventory management, to draw distances, to effects, and even number of enemies on screen and difficulty level, is usually improved on he PC version.
You know how it is, there always needs to be an adult in the middle to break up 2 fighting kids...
The entire basis of the story, the general understanding of the council/alien race conflicts, the protheans, the reapers, shephard's story....everything about ME2 is explained in ME1.
If you played ME2 without playing ME1 it would be a very shallow playthrough. It's like watching a movie from the half way point. You might like the shiny explosions etc but you won't know wtf is going on...
Everyone buying ME2 on PS3 should pick up ME1 on steam for ...

Might I enquire as to why they would be crying that a game they have been playing for 6 months...is coming to PS3 in another 6 months...aka 12 months after release.

Yeah there are the alien elements, but for the most part, the graphics are aimed at photo realism, whereas FC2 seems to be more sytlized, eg. the excessive bloom and the environmental effects

Crysis has amazing graphics....but crap art design...real life does not make for original art...I like games to be stylized. Which is why to me, Farcry 2 will always look more 're...
