No way, pc is taking 2010 for sure, i know alot the following are multiplats but we get some games that aren't on ps3 also. the best of both worlds really.
Mass Effect 2
Starcraft 2
Bioshock 2
BFBC 2 (DX11 support)
Aliens Vs. Predator (DX11 support)
Supreme Commander 2
Crysis 2 (DX11 support)
Fallout: New Vegas
Rage
Brink
Starwars TOR
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat (DX11 support)
That's just my 'to buy...
I've put over 100 hours into 2 playthroughs and I would rate it an 8/10, fallout 3 for me was a 9-10/10
There's no point in comparing you'd be hard pressed to find a pc that couldn't play the games at 720p at 30 frames with no AA, I just go to 'benchmark reviews' and 'toms hardware' for all the pc goodness
Games for windows will never do anything for PC gaming, it will never equal other DD platforms or be as user friendly, steam has done more for PC gaming than microsoft has in 10 years.
I'm more than happy for MS to have nothing to do with pc gaming, which is the case right now, the DX11 api is agreed upon by the video card manufacturers who work with MS to decide what features it will support, MS implements it as a standard and then they have nothing to do with it again for a few...
I think it's safe to say that it was taylor35 , as soon as he posted we all had a disagree, the agree is from me, you know how to repay the favour to our good friend taylor though, I always find the negative feedback button helps to curb habits of ignorance
And microsoft is still the biggest OS, and PC gaming is still the most profitable gaming industry, how does it feel to have said something that couldn't be further from the truth for 10 straight years, you must feel like an idiot, enjoy 720p, I know I was 8 years ago on PC :D
you mean free DLC on day one like they did with dragon age?, yeah that would just be rude! /sarcasm
@Letros
We live in the age of fanboys with the 'there can only be one gaming platform' mentality. As long as there are PC's there will be pc gamers, and I don't see computers going away anytime soon.
Viva La PC gaming
@HDgamer
You'll have to forgive the author, when you're 12 years old it's hard to grasp all different aspects.
The world exploring is my number 1 complaint of ME1, i'm in the middle of a playthrough, and the story and main planets and characters are extremely well thought out, but driving across all those deserted planets killed the scope of the game. ME2 looks to fix everything that hindered the first, probably my goty
2 disks is a positive for 360 gamers, the alternative is dulled down textures, now it will live up to it's full potential.
@Blowstuffup
They couldn't just have a mandatory install to make up for it because there are people with 360's with no HDD.
gfwl is a pain in the ass, have you ever used it??
cheers for the info then, that's awesome to know. $400 more for a new GPU then
I'm a single player gamer, and I sunk about 5 hours into mass effect today, that was a short run by my usual standard. Nothing like wasting a day away in the wasteland of fallout 3 either
Made you look
BAHAHA, anti piracy measures usually only serve to screw over legit consumers, i'd say 3 cheers for ME2 having a disk check only, but 3 wont be enough
@hitthegspot
I'm sure it won't be long till they step it up a notch. But I have to say, our rights are being spat in our faces with DRM already, I am a pc only gamer, and buy all my games retail, and it's getting ridiculous, if DRM ever becomes standard, or something worse, I will either quit gaming or start pirating...
Thank god for pc gaming, v-sync = screen tear eliminator....of death!
I have this pre-ordered and have no intention of ever touching MW2. The clips of BFBC2 blew me away. Add in DX11 support and the promise of official modding tools and you have a gamers wet dream.
This needs to be said...you can pilot helicopters, tanks and ATV's in the multi...what's not to like?

I just come for the kranskies
Currently all models of the 5870 from every manufacturer have the same clocks, they call the ones varying from the standard clocks 'non reference cards', and they usually take a few months to bring them out, otherwise no one would buy the standard ones. ATI also has a policy of not letting any of the smaller vendors release non-reference cards until the larger ones like Gigabyte or Sapphire have released theirs
So in short, clocks are the same across the board, and from what i've...
This is bioware, characters and story and 2 bioware fundamentals, we already know the gameplay is going to be great, but the story and characters are always guaranteed to be amazing in their games
