I hope it is. This is crazy, but I almost hope they can somehow etch out more power using the update.
Ubisofts comments really are putting me at a crossroads.
As a fan of the Wii U, I really want to see what Ubisoft does with the controller (And Off-Tv Play)
At the same time, I'm planning on getting the PS4, not at launch, but sometime in the future.

Well, thankfully WB still gives a crap about the WiiU. It's a shame the game won't sell so well on the console, but it's better than burning bridges like other companies.
Computing, or streaming?
I mean, if they're talking more players so that the server can handle it without crashing,then yes, I suppose it's possible. But graphics themselves? I doubt it.
Of course, this is fairly new tech, so i could be completely wrong, but knowing the average connection speed in the world, I don't think games will utilize cloud to make visual improvements.
Ever heard of a company called EA? I hear they and Nintendo have a few issues between each other. Sounds like a company you'd think are respectable.
Absolutely gorgeous game. For a small, downloadable game that has been confirmed to be using barely a fraction of the Wii U's power, it absolutely screams effort.
It's a shame more people aren't supporting the Wii U version. It just sounds too good to have all of the options on the tablet controller.
Oh well, if the Wii U had over 10 million consoles sold, there's be a GTA 5 on it. Money talks.

Against the PS4, it doesn't really stand all that much a chance against, with it's hardware and support. A better comparison is the XOne, which costs $200 more, and has been met with massive hate from the gaming community.
The Wii U will do fine, so long as Nintendo doesn't allow another game drought to occur.
Well, if it sells badly, Nintendo will be hurt, not Platinum, as they are being funded by Nintendo to do this.
It's a game with a large fanbase coming to Wii U, rather than ignoring it. I think that means the consoles game catalog is going to grow, and sales are going to go up. Just maybe.
I'm personally going to miss the XMB on PS3. It was so simple, so easy to use, it just needed a little flare, like HOME avatars and a soundtrack in the background.
Trash talk or not, he's got a point. The Vita has essentially become a financial burden for Sony to produce. Overpriced memory, no exclusives from their massive collection of first party companies, and no news or info on PS4 cross-play.
What Nintendo needs to do is market it as if it were a 1st party title. And since Nintendo is funding it, horrible sales won't affect PG. Heres hoping they port the first game to Wii U.
This is Platinum we're talking about. I bet they could make a PS4 style game with PS2 hardware!
Just kidding, but Nintendo is funding it with their own massive reservoir of resources, so it should at least impress the gamer audience visual and gameplay wise.
It would be fantastic, but I doubt Sony would part with its massive library for so cheap. I'm guessing you'll be able to download individual games for a set price. A subscription style would be interesting though.
What went wrong has everything to do with both a lack of games and a lack of advertisement. I bought the Wii U day one because of games like Zombiu and Mario Bros, and now those games are stretched thin. A year head start and they screw it up, that's just embarrassing.
The only question I have is how the PS4's power consumption compares to the X1 and Wii U. If it's even lower than the Wii U, i'll be extremely impressed.
I updated every time a new update came out, but it only shows the download bar, and a button that says either "Later" or "Not Now". Is it like the 3ds were if I press the button, it will download automatically when powered off?
I personally don't think it's "anti consumer", since people know what they're buying, and the only thing they're losing is an extra $100 for something they might want.
