A cross-gen game is still cross gen. As great as the game looks on all systems, we won't get a good idea of a wii u's potential until either a 1st party game comes out to take advantage of the substantial amount of EDRAM available, or a 3rd party game puts in full effort, which won't happen until the user base goes up.
Heck, even the PS3/PS4 comparison shows tiny differences, while killzone shows a massive jump in visuals compared to last gen games.

I don't understand why this is so complicated. You have the hardware, now use it. The last gen had graphics that I can consider to be "good enough", now all I want from next gen are those same visuals at 1080p and 60fps. Nothing more.

It's more powerful than last gen consoles. It's a relatively new console with custom hardware, and is already running games that maxed out the last gen.

Everyone one of these have fantastic stories and mediocre gameplay. Heavy Rain won critical acclaim, Walking Dead was a contestant for GOTY, and Asura's wrath saw little publicity, but its fans know about how epic the animations are.

I'm sorry, but this isn't a game at all. It's a freaking EXPERIENCE. I haven't felt so much emotion in my 6 hour play-through since The Last Of Us, Heavy Rain, and the ending to MGS4.
If anyone has the slightest of doubts, at least rent the game. I can promise you that you won't regret it.
Look, I absolutely love Killzone, and this is the first game i'll get on PS4. But I just don't understand how they went from dark, gritty, heavy gameplay with a WWII theme to a faster based, almost Crysis-like shooter with clean, shiny visuals.
Has anyone here played the game? The visual change puts me off a little, so I want to know if the game still plays like the originals.
This is what I love about Watch_Dogs that I love in other games that have a moral system like Fallout. I can be the jerk that does what it takes to do my objective, or be the poor sap that works to keep others out of harms way. Or maybe a mix, where those that help you support, and those that even try to do hurt you, you show no mercy and take them out.
