Keep the textures and effects the same as AC4 on Wii U, and make the framerate more stable (Seriously, Havana and Kingston brought me down to less than 30)
I stopped caring for flawless visuals ever since the PS3. If it can do better than that, I'm good.
PLEASE tell me i can delete the extra languages? That's file size is HUGE.
It's perfectly normal in my eyes for the industry and its companies to take a hit every now and then.
Last gen, Sony messed up big time with a confusing as hell console to program for, and as a result, they had to put out more effort into must-have exclusives, while Microsoft let their lead slip away by doing nothing.
This gen, Nintendo puts out a weaker console than the other 2, in addition to having few games people would buy it for. They messed up wit...
What I don't understand is the costs of the port. Before the console came out, they clearly said a port cost barely 1.2 million. If it's the same architecture as the 360, of which they understand the programming language for, shouldn't development costs mean sales over 30k should break even?
20000x60 is 1.8m
Or maybe this next gen transition is really screwing things up.
Why? They seem to be selling moderately, seeing how platformers are essentially dead.
And color. Their games actually have color outside of gray and brown.
Sly looks fine, and in some areas just plain adorable.
Murray on the other hand...
Of course it could only be done on PS4.
You're a first party developer!
Seriously though, never been so excited for an infamous game since the first. I applaud them for making, for better or worse, the only game that's driving me to buy a ps4.
Here's hoping Nintendo will pull a PS3 and get as much must--have exclusives out.
So basically a proper Metroid Prime successor, but with gameplay consisting of the use of more traditional fire arms in addition to the arm cannon.
(Online gameplay with what the squad in Other M used)
Because that's how it works. Exclusives with large appeal drive sales.
Mario Kart for a majority of casuals (I'm expecting a bundle)
Bayonetta 2 for the cult following and action fans
Smash Bros for the competitive and die-hard Nintendo fans
X for the massive RPG market in Japan
Donkey Kong for the platformer fans
And a few 3rd party games every now and then (Like COD, AC, and Watch D...
No, they won't, just like Sony didn't with their billions of losses with the PS3 and more losses on the Vita
When the PS3 launched, Sony also thought their PlayStation brand would lead them forward throughout last gen, like Nintendo with this gen. Instead, they came out in last place until just recently, but as a result, put out more effort to create better 1st party games.
Besides, Nintendo isn't taking multi-billion dollar losses that force them to sell their own HQ's to stay profitable. They're taking smaller losses in the millions, with the 3DS to fall back on. The ...
If they give it the same support as Vita later on, then yes.
Irrational with Metroid, sure. Bethesda and Zelda? Heck no. I can only imagine dungeons becoming impossible to complete when the tiniest bug appears, as expected.
I'd rather not see another good platformer die on a playstation console.
Can't sign into by Nintendo Network, and PSN is going crazy with crashes. Merry Christmas to all the new gamers out there!
Wait, so you bought a $300+ console without having any games you planned on playing?
I wouldn't call the console disappointing for collecting dust, I'd call you a moron for buying something without regards as to why you want it.
Still plenty of 3rd party, particularly with Ubisoft and Activion.
NFS was barely shipped by EA (Never saw a single one in any of the walmarts, best buys, and gamestop near me, said I could only order it online)
Dues ex was out for a long time, and the other versions (PS3/360) were cheaper and still sold less despite their large user base.
COD is bought for online. Wii U version has a smaller userbase and no post-launch support (DLC). And si...
Maybe those were ps3 and 360 gameplay? None of them looked bad, other than that awkward bridge scene.
