There is a big difference between CAN'T and WON'T.
Spencer is playing it smart. Personally I think he's doing a pretty good job digging MS out of a hole, albeit a hole they created themselves.
I doubt that they'll ever catch Sony, but MS could be in a lot worse shape now, sales wise and almost every way possible, if Spencer wasn't in charge.
Just my opinion.
I played the PES 16 demo. So far I have no reason to believe that it will dethrone FIFA. It's a good game, but to me it's still missing something. Final build may change my mind, but as of now I'm still leaning to FIFA.
Just my 2 cents worth.
As yet another clickbait headline. Honestly, this stuff is getting old.
Don't forget, the article is referring to the franchise, not just ROTR.
Just the fact that people are still salty (to put it mildly) about ROTR being a timed exclusive makes me think that this installment may suffer, but I don't think that the entire franchise will.
Let me guess, you're somewhere around 10 years old.
Don't you have to pay a monthly fee for EA Access?
@Tedakin
You'll never get change by keeping quiet.
Showing developers, studios, and console makers that you do not agree with a certain practice is the only way they will change.
DO NOT be someone that just accepts things and move on.
Exactly.
The spin is strong with this one.
I really don't think that it's possible for me to care less than I do.
I'm curious as to what the experience is going to be like for folks who live out in the sticks or for people with DSL connections if all of this is happening "In the cloud".
Why do people insist on putting the $ in the wrong place? It goes in front of the number, not behind. Sorry, but it's freaking annoying.
Well said. There really isn't any excuse to release a game that isn't finished. I can understand the odd glitch or something that in reality can be easily overlooked, but there isn't any excuse for this practice to continue.
Because when I think about sex, I think FIFA!!
OMG.
Finally!!
I agree. If backward compatibility would have been available at launch it would have had a much bigger impact.
To me at this point it's a convenience. Maybe gets some of the people who are still on the fence (like I was), but I don't think it's a game changer.
So a few days ago Sony was wrong because everything that they showed at E3 was 2016 (or so that's what was being said, in all honesty I didn't check the dates). And now Microsoft is wrong because they are showing games for 2015.
It's getting to the point where it isn't worth reading the articles anymore.
@NewMonday That may be the most intelligent post that I've seen here in quite some time
I thought Subway dwarfs other fast food chains in sales.
