Why are you citing sales prices received in Canada?? This is a US analysis only...
Xbox one in US has had pack-in games for a while now, and is at $350. PS4 comes with pack-in games now and is $400. Anything beyond that is not pricing given by Sony or MS, but the retailers decision. It is not really that extraordinarily different considering the XB1 is a bit less powerful. Essentially a $50 difference based on MSRP in US.
That's what I don't get. MS had ori and screamride in march, and state of decay in april.
Sony had the order in late february MLB the show and bloodbourne in late march. (31st and 24th respectively)
Hard to believe bloodbourne and MLB's careyover didn't give Sony the victory. Regardless I could care less about sales as long as they both continue to make great games. (As they are)
NPD never releases specific sales publicly, not sure whay your point is...
Are you trying to insinuate NOD is lying? I'll never understand peoples obsessioN with sales.
When the delays are so long all hype dies (like with watchdogs) by the time of launch it is bad. It is really bad when you have over a 1 year delay and still launch a broken game though. Seems some people aren't bothered.
For me, as long as the game released after a delay is polished and good, it is worth it.
Gigantic looks amazing. Neverwinter is a pretty fun time killer, and love the auction house feature. Not very fond of smite so far, but it's not really my type of game.
Man, this playlist is pretty terrible. Most of the (ver few) good songs have already been on previous rock band or guitar hero games.
Guitar hero definitely doesn't seem to think that in a guitar only game, that the songs should have any kind of guitar focus for the most part.
Definitely a few good names, but overall wayyy disappointing.
Poorly compiled article, doesn't even reference the source in any way. For those curious this is where it was announced by ubisoft. (Be aware it links to a direct PDF download)

This news really sucks though, and I completely agree with the author, there is no need for...
So netflix, youtube and xbox fitness are down? That is a weird group of things to be down, they seem unrelated. Luckily, everything else is still fine, and netflix is working for me ok.

Did I? I thought I was simply asking a completely valid and rational question...
Also, you posted a quote that directly responds to what you asked me, were you expecting no answer? Or for me to suddenly change my mind?
Sounds to me like you are the one being sensitive. If you can't take critiques on articles without whining you might as well just stop now, because I will certainly not be the first or last to do so. (Many time it will be MUCH worse)
I disagree entirely with the point, I actually like some of the remakes, and as of yet none have caused delay with new releases. What is weird though, why does he just mention MS as if they are the only ones making remasters? (When they actually have the least first/second party remakes)
Halo MCC, maybe gears and state of decay hardly makes an unreasonable amount of remasters Of first/second party games.
Heck, Sony has GOW3, TLOU, tearaway, journey, flower, a...
Silent hills, is a big loss, but IMO losing P.T. is the worst part of this. It is something that was truly unique that as many people as possible should have experienced. Would love to see this happen in such a well executed way more often.
Seems like a really quick dev time. At least considering they said they had barely begun in late 2014 and expected a 2018 release.

I have a sneaking suspicion this is MS' way of advertising games for their console that they don't have marketing rights to. They will have this on Xbox Wire, youtube, the xbox dash, major nelson, and all over the place, seems like a pretty smart move if so.
Basically advertising via the guise of "news."
Looks good to me, you do know it is meant to be the spiritual successor to Megaman right? Because it seems pretty much exactly that, not sure what you are expecting. To each their own.
It was a pretty boring presentation of the game, but the game itself looked pretty solid IMO.
@dark yea, hence I said PERSONALLY. People also love double dragon and battletoads and would love remakes. I also would be completely unexcited about those.
I didn't realize it was a requirement to like a game, and want a sequel, just because you do...
Wow, no question they are identical. I see a lawsuit incoming on this one. Which kind of sucks because if that does happen, what will become of this game? Will they pay ____ amount of money to use their likeness. Will the game go into oblivion?
I cannot see nintendo just letting this slide though, pokemon is one of their largest assetts.
Glad to see this was just fan-art. As I said before there are Soook many much better franchises in sony's classics catalogue. this game is almost non-existent on that list for me personally.
For starters Sony can get a move on these OG playstation franchises (again, games I PERSONALLY would prefer): TOMBA!, Croc, ape escape, a GOOD spyro sequel, a GOOD crash sequel, parappa the rappa, syphon filter, twisted metal, Legend of Legaia, etc, etc, etc.
Removing standard features and "trying new things" are hardly the same thing.
No classes is weird but no squads? This game is about temawork and winning what are essentially giant battles. Removing squads removes the idea of teamwork and will result in a terrible culmination of one man teams.
Just lost a lot of hope in this game.
@heavy I don't get your point. Without kinect the price was $399.99. It only dropped $50 and considering it is weaker hardware that seems like a fair price difference.
As for the packed in games, you can also buy a PS4 with TLOU remaster. $50 doesn't explain Xbox one winning in the month that started 6 days after Bloodbourne released.
I don't think extraordinary sale prices had anything to do with it, as the prices simply aren't that extraordi...
