Just remember that it is currently in beta phase which it probably will for some time but from what I have been hearing about future plans with Home, it will be much more than Second Life.
LOL I know right. I betcha 90% of the chick in Home are really guys. But yea Home is still considered a beta but it is just an Open Beta. They originally had less than 1 million people in Home and now over 4 million went in at the same time. Of course its going to have problem but look for it to be stable and running fine within the next 3 weeks.

Sony is still losing a lot of money on the consoles. They are selling the consoles for less than what it costs to make them. They make their money off of the games, accessories, and PSN.
Yea doing so next year will be perfect that way they can get the most out of this holiday and then have an affordable console with great titles like Killzone 2 and God of War 3 coming out.
It would have failed and this is why. They would then not have the advantage of price. Better hardware makes the console more expensive raising the price for their consumers. Plus, the reason why Wii is doing good is not only price but the fact that the system is simple and easy to pick up and play.
The reason why they say this is because it is a $399 to $499 console in the recession. True the 360 is in it as well, but it starts at $199 and that is affordable right now. $399 and $499 is not.
I definitely agree with you there. They announce their things way too early and then delay them like with Gran Turismo 5 but also Home.
I am loving the new site. Even though there are still a few bugs. It looks much better than than the older design.
The site is currently having major issues but should be running smoothly later today.
I know that if Sony drops the price of the PS3 to $399 and comes out with the great exclusives like Killzone 2 and God of War 3 next year, the PS3 has a great chance of catching up the 360 but we will all have to see.
Bluray won but that does not mean that the PS3 has won. It all comes down to marketing, the price, and games games games.
I definately agree this console generation will be the closest EVER.
A win to me is a console selling better over the other along with better games and more support. If you make good games and sell a lot along with consoles even after losing money from the consoles you make it all back with accesories and games.

I expect a lot of comments in this part of the comment section but I do not mean it for a flame war. I just want you guys to read this great article and give your thoughts on it.
I know that I do not talk about the Wii and the reason why is because I do not put it in the same category as the PS3 and 360 and even if I were to, the Wii is going to win period but I am stressing th battle of the PS3 and 360. Thats why my image only contains a PS3 and a 360.

They said the open beta will be available before the year is over. To be honest, I expect Home to be in Beta for at least another year but we all can use it.
