I have both. And everyone who has came over my house to play Resistance feels the same way. COD3 is much more fun to play...the graphics are notibly more detailed than Resistance...And online COD3 is super fun and improves upon COD2 which was fantastic. Resistance is Good. Sorry buddy. I don't have one I can sell you. And I think I'm being misunderstood with my comment on cartoony graphics. What I meant was that like cartoons...the graphics are flat and crisp. That explains the average review score for ps3 games being 7. That explains just about every 3rd party title looks and plays worse on the ps3 than the 360. That explains the fact that there isn't an editor on the planet that thinks there is ONE ps3 game that even comes close to Gears of War.

I have my ps3 connect to my tv via hdmi and my 360 with componant. The movies on my hd dvd player via Microsoft....Look notibly better than blu ray movies. That the ps3 playing on my 1080p tv worked perfectly fine. The graphics across the board when compared to the 360 is interesting. In some cases its sharp but for the most part the games lack the level of textures and bump mapping that 360 games have. Its wierd and I can't fully describe it but I will try. The average of the 12 games reviewed for the ps3 is 7. With Resistance being the highest rated game for the ps3 at launch. Which is lower than a few of the 360 launch games that launched a year ago. WOW

Every single 3rd party game launching with the ps3 is getting lower scores than the 360 versions.
Only 1 first party game got a good review. The other two launch PREMIER titles recieved 6's folks. WOW. Could this be the worst launch in histroy?

You know I'm going to give you my opinion since I do own the 360 and the Ps3. But, I have already seen the launch games in action. Strange you say Gears of War is the 360's first hit. Call of Duty 2 has recieved higher ratings across the board than Resistance and it came out at launch for the 360 buddy. And there have been 19 games for the 360 over the last year that have recieved the EDITORS CHOICE award from IGN buddy. There are several games out for the 360 that have rated higher than Resistance.
