None of those things are new and some aren't even proven. IS the game balanced? Flamethrowers attached to assault rifles seems to prove otherwise. How is it raising the bar if it hasn't done anything to raise the bar? This is just another annual Call of Duty game, nothing more. The same thing was done with MW2 as we are seeing now. The game keeps having more and more to it, then when it comes out it will be another mediocre mess. I feel bad for anyone falling for it again.

Exclusive maps for spending double the money? Yeah, I'll be passing on Killzone 3. Who splits their multiplayer community day one? I guess I'll only be buying my PS3 for Gran Turismo 5, Little Big Planet 2, Infamous 2, The Last Guardian and maybe Agent if it turns out good.
One reason for that may be the PC version coming soon. People are probably waiting to see if more was promised than deliver too.

Edit: What you PS3 owners need to do is not buy the game. Give Treyarch/Activision the finger. Show them they can't take away features from your version and make you wait for maps.
Fallout 3 was more engaging? Lots of people whined about the growing up in the vault part and the main story had very little choice and was just a "save the world" plot.
