I would use the word could instead of would.
Banning people won't help. JTAG users can unban themselves. From what I have heard they get banned every few hours and it is a simple process to unban themselves. All they can do is patch the game. Once people crack a console it's over, they have full control. The Wii and Xbox 360 have been cracked wide open and PS3 is next. I wonder how long the 3DS is going to last? Half finished games and day 1 payed DLC here we come.
I am buying only one of those games. I'll give you a hint, it is the only one that doesn't fit in at all.
A game doesn't have to have aliens to look good, but I love Halo. Team Fortress 2 has a great art style.

Funny thing is Rock Band and Skate seem more successful and popular than Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk and both came after. I almost want to buy the MoH reboot just to try and help it beat CoD. I'll probably buy Respawn's first game just because and buy Bungie new game used and send them the $10 in the mail. I can't stand Activision.

How can any of us take a side? The entire situation is almost unknown by anyone other than the involved and both sides' accounts are as one sided as a story can get. Both parties probably messed up big. After MW2 I could care less about both parties.
