i'll wait until its $5 or so, which shouldn't be too far away. don't forget that the publisher has a lot to do with that $10, y'all.
i give it a handful of months before the go starts making sense to at least a few of these haters.
excuse me while i get back to work and remote play into my home ps3 via my iphones connection and put "slap shot" on my 19" hdtv from the corner of my cube. when its over i'll use my old sixaxis (non rumble) to play some ff7 or jeanne d arc on said tv to take a break.
to the ps3 launch? features that no one else can do and a higher intitial price and boom, tons of simple-minded hate.
im enjoying the hell out of this thing...
shut up. games started out higher on itunes in the beginning. selection was crap to. couple in touch and count my interest tiny...
thanks not just EU? sweet, guess i missed that somewhere. thanks! +bub
but was leaning toward getting it knowing that the reviews may have been comparing it to other gts, rather than other psp racers.
i think your kudos just made my mind up. thanks...
on topic. psp go white one rules. i got it thinking it would show less fingerprints but am insuring myself now that i can't be eating anything that may get on that pretty white color...
like someone said earlier. its tiny. feels good in the hands though. really liking the media go software. may switch from itunes to it. i can answer any questions folks may have. including this:
q: do i need a ps3 (or a friend's ps3) to pair a ps3 controller to my pspgo?
a: surprisingly, yes. but it's still awesome!
idea
its built into the pspgo
early adopters pay. i'm an early adopter of awesome hardware. i also sold my 3000 back in the spring knowing something was coming down the line. i dont touch my umds after getting what i want out of them so i'm set.
total this will cost me about $75. the added bluetooth so i can use my ps3 controller while cradled or hooked into a tv is well worth that $75. i'm ready to move my music from my iphone to it as well.
so, yeah, excited...
even the main page for UC2 has the review tab missing:
http://www.gamepro.com/game...
coolest article ever?
i'm no halo guy, the others have never appealed to me and i just got a 360 like a year ago. however, im definitely finding some time to rent this game.
that's not a backhanded compliment. i rent everything nowadays to save money. definitely buying u2 and r&c, though.
anyone with experience, are there any overarching strategies or ways to think and go about things to make the initial ramp-up a bit smooother?
i'll take the above comment about hybrids as a good starting point.
there's a bubble in it for ya. thanks, in advance.
if ND could patch in a stealth tutorial. hell, they still have a month before release. it couldn't be too much content.
if not knowing how to handle the stealth is the only con what would be left?
that itd be a hard job to "listen" to all the childish crap left on the comments? if i was a dev or manager it'd turn me off wanting to do this stuff. chill the hell out for god sakes.
this guy wrote heartbreaker and pneumonia. i like his blog-writing style too. good at whatever. like the frontman who wont throw a football with his bandmates and crew and then when he does its like johnny unitas.
huge fan of focused, single-player games. TOD ruled -- this is a day one for me.
ive been noticing ms hitting online advertising pretty hard with those price-drops.
we've got ourselves two incredibly solid consoles vying for our attention. no clue why the fan-camps seem to be more separate than ever. we should be rallying together.
/end overly positive brotherly rant.
"since the company unofficially stated [but officially acted] that they don't give a darn about backwards compatibility [take a look at PlayStation 1-2-3 and PSP-PSP Go], programmers will just have to get used to utilizing the ARM core and PowerVR SGX graphics to the max."
here it comes...
