i never had the joy of playing this on the ps2 so the $15 is well worth it for sure. i did experience a freeze which forced a restart about 30 mins into the game though. has anyone had similar issues?
think im in the minority of preferring download to disc. has anyone heard mention of the sly cooper games being made available for download anytime soon? i'm assuming yes since that looks to be the pattern, but a date would help hold back my impulse to purchase the disc.
but you guys liking Dead Nation is just a drop in the bucket since it's pretty much universally praised at this point. PSLS was one of my main stops when it came to news and reviews and i thought you guys would be at least one of the few major sites to "get" TFLO. even the amazon user ratings are awash with folks sharing my exact opinion.
maybe there just aren't many video game sites who share my sensibilities and i need to remember that, even more than cur...

to that, ive always taken reviews with a grain of salt and have made most of my purchases with a mixture of my gut feelings and what others seem to think of a game, as a whole. but the lashing that TFLO is taking is silly and i have no idea how folks can miss the point and execution so thoroughly.

After reading the sixth axis' review I decided to give this game a shot and am extremely glad that I did. Anyone with half a brain, and no bias against motion controls, can see after just a few minutes the point and enjoyment of this title.
if they can pull something special off it'd be great to get another red dead before this gen is up.

brings a smile to my face to see a solid title like HR really going over well. hopefully sales go along with it (which it sounds like they are) but more importantly it's just nice to see that there is a decent segment of good-taste out there.

this may be the dumbest thing ive seen in awhile. i'm not down on natal and am kinda anxious to see it this fall. but this (and other instances) childish head over heels crap while "okay, it needs work" says more about the reviewer(s) than it does the tech.

i recently cancelled my netflix account but then reupped when i heard about this. as soon as i reupped, earlier this week, i signed up for the disk.
so i called customer service and talked to a super helpful guy named Rob. he said that they expect to have all disks out by the end of the month, but from the sounds of things that's probably their buffer date. i bet we all get ours within the week.

ive had the same issues with camera and platforming but once you get past it you soon forget. insomniac killed it on this one. 9.5 to me.
