Agree, COD is burnt out. The formula got old. I'm sure that in several years Black Ops will be viewed as total disaster of a game and worst CoD in the series (par CoD3)..

I hope it will go away, sadly. Because unfortunately the series got very stale and it's a real shame. The last great COD was 4. MW2 and BloPS were just money grabs with little to no innovation at all. The same is with Halo. I mean if Halo 3 was good, then ODST and Reach did nothing to enrich the experience and were just 60$ map packs. Bungie was smart enough to end the series, better late than too late.
Agree with you about CoD4. I just played it today after ignoring it for a year and once again realised how great the game was/is. I remember when MW2 came out, it was very dissapointing, everything was worse, maps, balance, perks, dumb ks, even gfx looked cartoonish in comparision. Black ops is sure better than MW2, but still it sucks when put next to CoD4.
Agree. I'm sure that if Sega will release Shenmue on arcade it will be one more crappy port with "HD" graphics. Yes, you better find somewhere a dreamcast to play it, along with Crazy Taxi and other great games.

As much as I hate Kotick and love Infinity Ward, I must say that their last Great game was CoD4.. MW2 was a complete joke.

I'll be honest here.. I HaTed Black Ops multiplayer for the first few days. I thought the graphics were shit, maps were dull and game was overall boring.. Oh, how wrong I was.
But now to my biggest surprise, I find myself to really love it. Actually I didn't have as much fun since CoD4 glory days(MW2 was one big bad joke).
MW2 is now a worthless piece of junk..which it has always been though. But one of the only games I never had the urge to trade in is CoD4, don't know why, I hardly ever play it nowadays..maybe it reminds me of the great times I had when playing it..

How about recent Black Ops manual? I was pretty shocked to find out it has only ONE page related to the game itself, the others three being legal warnings. Hell, even MW2 had two or three pages, lol. But no wonder considering who is the publisher. Activision greedy bastards
