Some of most boring experiences I had were games that got 95/100. Looking at your RDR2. R* took away the ability to have fun by not allowing cheat codes and the ability to save the game (which was available during ps2/Xbox era, are we really going forward or backwards) realism at the cost of fun I don't know how that's a good thing

these business deals are so weird man and what's so funny is the fact so many have hated on COD and destiny yet the moment playstation and xbox buy them people can't keep themselves from discussing these business deals. I mean as a gamer i could careless as long as i get to play the games i want should be our mindset. We shouldn't be encouraging these companies to keep these well known IP's exclusive

one thing y'all don't understand is how big playstation is world wide. Xbox doing better in the west makes very little dent in overall sales when every week playsyattion outsells it world wide. that's why ms will not take away COD (we as gamers may argue over nonsense but these huge companies want to make as much money as possible)

thing is even if MS does something else will replace COD success on playstation like you know destiny 3. that's a very underrated acqusition by sony that could play a huge role in playstation's success. I think sony feels something is coming that's why they have many MP games being in the works by industry veterans

as a long time SR series fan the gmeplay they have shown cleary shows this game feels bland and trying too hard to be cool. Watch skill up's preview he played the game for a while and came away with MEH
We as series fans don't want this game to do bad but the developers went down a wrong path and if this game doesn't succeed more layoffs are coming just like when agents of meyham failed

Issue is so many gamers are eager to go all digital without realizing less options are never a good thing especially with the greed of these publishers being on public display
Exactly every year COD comes out in November and just being on the market for less than 2 months usually make it the best selling game of that year

Switch selling because it's portability. Japanese market is very different when it comes to what gamers buy/support/are interested in
Also switch is a double edged sword for Nintendo now. They can't have another floo like wiiu after this success so they like R* want to milk this cow till there is nothing left. I don't think we will get another Nintendo consoles till 2024-2025 at the earliest
