I think Sony will release every game on PC and rightfully so because that's more money
onisama
Capcom 8.3 billion
Square enix 5.8 billion
Sega is 3.6 billion
That's 18 billion. As of September 2022 they had more than 10 billion for acquisitions and growth. In 2023 this number was going to go way up. That 10 billion is just for PlayStation by the way. In 2023 they will add 5-8 billion...
Prequel please
Agreed just do it and move forward. Because I want to see how much Sony will invest after this move
Sony isn't worth trillions but they are worth a lot and PlayStation is big part of their business
Square enix
Capcom
Sega
I would love to see Sony invest 25-30 billion and buy these 3 and all the legendary IP's
If PlayStation can offer square enix the amount of sales that they are going to generate on Xbox then why should square enix take the chance when they're best games have sold really poorly and probably did not even make the money back that it cost them to port it over to Xbox
Also unless it turns out to be wrong and it could be but I truly believe that Sony and a square enix has a deal in place for the acquisition they're just waiting to see what happens with Activi...
This is subjective IMO. BOTW is the most overrated Zelda game in the series. Only if those reviewing could do a fair job and take off their nostalgic tinted glasses. If BOTW was a game for playstation or Xbox it would receive harsh criticism for it's shortcomings
Weapons break too easily
Story is next to non existent
Performance is all over the place
Unimaginative Boss Fights
Boring Towns & Settlements
Breath Of The W...
Every time this guy open his mouth it's all about how can we create more money by being scummy

Vast majority of the studio Sony on they were working with before even being acquired Sony has never acquired a publisher

I agree I really like Bethesda games and if I was running FTC there would be my argument. They simply bought out zenimax and made all their games exclusives even though vast majority of them were selling better on PlayStation
Look it's well known square enix sold it's western subsidiaries because they were dragging the companies value down. Here is what we do know:
Multiple well known game journalists all knew deal was happening
Ms buying Activision has put everything on hold because this would be the worst time to announce any acquisitions. If Activision acquisition is allowed you best believe Sony will buy square and try to buy Capcom (combined with cost them les...
Chris
FTC vs MS for Activision is a big moment because this will show how things are different (if they are I don't know) under Biden administration. Because let's not forget the past few major acquisitions/mergers happened under trump (who didn't believe in much regulations)
Personally I don't see this deal happening and as a gamer I don't want this deal to happen. If this is allowed than Sony will acquire square enix and Capcom. ...
ND and I are done. Never bought TLOU2 so to end our relationship on UC4 and TLOU is a good way to say goodbye
OG Xbox and first 4-5 years of Xbox 360 were the best days for Xbox software support wise

We as gamers should be above that. Ms buying them doesn't mean they should get extra criticism. If we don't provide valid non biased feedback how will these developers truly know what we want so we need to stop childish arguments
Could we maybe get kingdom of amular type combat that feels more satisfying? Or do y'all think that combat wouldn't work in a series like ES
This is MS paid PR. Gamers can't be pushing for acquisitions because they only hurt gamers in the long run. FTC can simply point to Bethesda acquisition and say look they bought them and now all their games are exclusives even though they were available and most times sold better on PlayStation
I am against any console maker buying any publisher simple as that. Both Ms and Sony have enough studios and talent now is the time to provide support and resources and stop t...
As a gamer who own both consoles I just want some great exclusive games which are fun. It's been almost a decade since Xbox brand completed well with PlayStation it's time it's over to you in my opinion
Loki gameplay is very basic and for the amount of playtime he gets I believe his gameplay should have been deeper and more satisfying
No DLC planned which is a missed opportunity in my opinion. About the new game plus feature I kind of agree. Could it be that all those delayed rumors were true but Sony didn't want the blowback so they just released the game without another 6-9 months delay?
There are few characters who can get their own mini stories and it would take 12-18 months to finish those DLC expansions
Let's say Nintendo comes out with a new console in 2023-2024 would it be a big ask to just match ps5-xsx specs or at least be in the same ball park
People just dislike if anyone brings up something negative about their games. But TBH I think a trilogy would have done the game more justice
Ragnarok was built up as this big things yet for all the preparation a log of that stuff was happening in the background instead of playing through it or witnessing it
This series is so big that Sony should have built 2 separate teams who are working on 2 games at once. This way there is not a wait in between of...
Honestly PS3-Xboc 360 generation delivered some amazing fun games and back than publishers were willing to take chances
Now everyone is trying to have a GAAS that can produce income daily and developers don't have to put much effort. Maybe some will agree maybe not but I believe what's been missing for past 10+ years is FUN from games and now it's all about generating as much money as possible
