That's true I wasn't also trying to generalize. But many of these big publishers are making it easy not to buy day one by releasing games which are clearly not finished. Hopefully price raise means better quality but it doesn't look very likely
I wish more publishers would do complete editions with all the content on disk. Assassin's Creed origins and Odyssey in my opinion was a huge missed opportunity by Ubisoft. They could have released both games in one package with all the DLC and charge full price for it and people would have paid. Because most of their DLC content or expansions rarely go on sale
Yes but what you are referring to are the exceptions not the rules. Let's look at facts ubi just released few games and all went on sale within days and one being watch dogs was 50% off. Any game that is releasing in September or October why people full price when you know by Thanksgiving weekend those games will be at minimum 30 to 50% off and would have received few patches

yesterday i had xbox series x in my cart at MS store online and ready to click place the order. It's not as hard to find as ps5. also 2nd hand market XSX sells for under $800 while ps5 under $1200. it has been pretty well known fact by now that ninetdno does it's own thing. They are not competing in same market space as sony/ms.. switch is competeting with ps3/xbox360 more than ps5/xsx. Their system can barely achieve 1080P

today i had an opportunity to buy XSX at MS store online and I was on last step before clicking place order but i couldn't bring myself to invest $545(with taxes) to play older games. I feel the same way about ps5 but those are so hard to buy. I just feel like both of these consoles will be a much better buy come holiday 2021. By than with consumer feedback both consoles will be a lot better via updates and there will be more next gen titles

that's UBI's checks clearing my man. AC games have been launching in same sate with bugs/glitches. Even the completely unfinished AC UNITY got decent reviews. UBI games are more of a chore to play than actually fun. They are the Rockstar games of going for realism at the cost of fun. Also must give credit for their micro transaction in single player games
