So lets say you have a 8 core CPU and play Crysis3 at 40FPS and you change the CPU in a few years to a 12 core. Mantel scales to those extra cores auto, so you will see FPS jumps without any updates on older and new games as long as it has support for Mantel and support looks really big now with EA and Ubisoft fully on bored and 15 game...

My desktop and laptop run AMD's APU's ever herd about Mantel? It launches this month and is a work around for DirectX BF4 will be the first game to support it and we will see massive improvements in FPS....
He is correct. PS4 is so easy to program for un like PS3 that they are already close to maxing them out. Sure they can always squeeze out a bit more here and there and games with good Art will still look amazing. The X86 PC programming design will give developers more time to focus on making a great game and less time to worry about how to get it running. Good news.
