I think crysis 2 will have the best ever graphics on consoles (kingdoms also, so yes it will imo beat uncharted) so it will be obviously looking better than kz3, uncharted 3 etc.

Ps3 is not worth additional developing time, it will sell the game lower than xbox 360 and the complicated ps3 architecture is not a fault of 2k games, so why they should care ?

MOH is a multi platform title, so pirates will play it on xbox 360 or pc, ps3 jailbreak is meant for exclusives, why to bother with jailbreak if u can play the game on other platforms without problem.
When some one has xbox 360 and ps3 he statistically use ps3 only to play exclusives (assuming he is a pirate), for now all exclusives works on ps3jailbreak, so for them (pirates) it is no problem.
