EA was publishing this game, and it was first believed to be a
timed exclusive for MS. So the cash from MS was to keep this game exclusive, not to fund development. Then there's the EA "apology"
I think the reason Sony was hands off is because of how closely the game is tied to MS. Like COD last gen.
They've done this without Titanfall and the supposedly "lack of games" crap being spewed by haters.
The Last of Us, Drive Club, and other games this year will push sales further ahead. PS+ will continue to be more compelling than Games with Gold and indies and FTP will thrive on the Playstation Network.
Bring on E3!
Just going on these numbers, it's fair to say that the PS4 will have a comfortable 3 million lead before E3.

Worldwide shows a different picture
This is a worldwide market, not just the US... Keep being blind to that fact
I would really like to see new IPs, or revived IPs. Like Syphon Filter, and such likes.
We know there will be sequels, but I want to see new stuff and updates on the in development games that were announced pre-launch.
Where was this argument when the 360 came a full year before the PS3?
The PS3's worldwide sales still eventually outsold the 360, even though a year later.
But everyone ignores this, until it suits their argument. Sure its a factor, but the fact is even in the markets that MS have launched in, the PS4 is still outselling it... even the US (MS's home turf)
