Hopefully more titles will be added as this isn't even for us until Spring 2008. I plan on importing one, but it'd be nice to see GT5P on the list.. Even thought I own a G25 :P
My thoughts exactly.. except without eBay. I hate importing things from eBay sellers. I say visit the big online retailers for piece of mind. I figure everyone is going to buy at least one, I know I am.
This exclusive is really starting to impress me.. From all the gameplay released on GT to these trailers.. I plan on picking this one up.
This title is going to be everything to everyone.. MGO is it. Those who never got MGS will enjoy this style of gameplay.. Those who always loved MGS will enjoy MGO. It's over. wow.
This could start to become a trend.. Interesting turn of events IMO.
That's great, more realistic tracks! Daytona is a great track.
This list is meaningless.. Why not save and just let us know what we can get from XBL. At this point all I see is a bunch of multiplatform titles which really means nothing directly to M$ as I'm sure Sony will have many of the same.
Two things.
1. Awesome, it begins!
2. If this costs $$$ we'll be waiting for the US release as there's no way to add funds to a JPN account except a JPN PSN card.
The wait will be worth it, my G25 is ready, but I will wait until we get word for a US PSN release.
Nope, it's touchsense, and it is next-gen. Different parts of the controller can rumble independently and at different levels of intensity depending what going on in the game.
I'd like to see some sort of swap program implemented by Sony but I doubt it.. In the end it'll nice to have some sort of rumble being supported again. There's nothing like the MOHA demo on the 360 with rumble! I couldn't get over how well they implemented it.
I would compare it to the like...
I picked the demo up for free the other day and I was blown away! It looks like a movie, that video doesn't do it justice!
I'm not buying anything until I see a post from FOURZEROTWO or another IW employee. I highly doubt they would release/approve graphics with the end date before they inform the community. They've done such a good job this far I just need word from them.
My best to their family, what a hard loss. may both of you rest in peace.
There’s no point in reffering to the “average Joe” or “average consumer” as they don’t even know what HD is at this point. The average anyone isn’t buying Blu-ray or HD-DVD, in fact they just got serious about DVD. The HD savy consumers are choosing Blu-ray more often then HD-DVD. While you chose to go HD-DVD because of a cheaper player make sure it support a true 1080p output or any of the HD audio codecs rarely used by HD-DVD. As for your comment about blockbusters.. You may want to resear...
What world do you live in? Where are you getting your information? It's horribly biased an uninformed.. I suggest you give Google a visit. I hope you find accurate information as I'd rather not do the leg work.. Just trust that you're wrong and the info is readily available.
I'll edit this post if I need to add sources for you guys.. but I'd rather not have to.
You're kidding right? It seems your only form of HD education is based on only the recent HD-DVD related topics.. You've got it all wrong, it isn't about having titles not found on DVD or HD-DVD but having better SQ and PQ. Joe if those are the only things you want to watch in HD then I'm sorry but you're cutting yourself VERY short IMO. They lack quality? lol In your whole post you've not given one solid fact. Your post is nothing more then biased opinionated fluff. Save us next time.

IMO The ESRB need to change the system currently in use.. The world adult related to a rating is very taboo. Considering that average age of a gamer is in his 30's now from the ESA reports I would think games would reflect such findings.. Yet they don't because the majority still has this idea that gaming is only for children. If this issue isn't dealt with soon I'm sure it'll be handled eventually as the age of the avg gamer continues to rise.
This is something I've been following for a long time.. Hompefully we get some gameplay vids.
Region coding is one of the features that SECURED so much support for Blu-ray IMO. While region free movies may be something that interests the consumer, we all know how little these companies care about us (Paramount).
Just make a foreign account..?
While this is great news.. I would prefer the MGO sample that'll be included with MGS4 in the form of a demo. While it'd be nice to play MGS4 there's no doubt in my mind I'm buying it.. However the replayability that MGO represents is sick! I need it now!
