Kotaku truly sucks. What are we expecting... different results from the same sh*t site? I think there's a word for that.
The scene with Palom's and Porom's death in the crushing room in FFIV was intense and sad for me as a kid.
Clearly we know the gist and I won't say it because spoilers are in play for those who haven't experienced this masterpiece yet. One of my proud PS4 platinums #FtheValkarieQueen!
I watched a short gameplay video. I know I am going to get the downvotes asking but what is the game exactly? It looks like a walking sim/light action sort of how Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice was. Is that the scoop but with a really deep story? I honestly heard very little of this game.
IGN is a garbage site but there are a few good people left there. Most of the ones anyone respected are gone. Lucy O'brien is a pure example of trash and she should not be at IGN. Their need for diversity leads to finding the worst people from the left pool. Tina Amini is another one. Former Kotaku employee, total idiot, and now in charge of the gaming division at IGN. It's sad. You have to look at the individual person and what they are review. I go to Daemon and the Game Scoop guys ...

Although the golden path is indeed about 30 hours a week, there are many storylines that are woven into the main campaign. All the side content as to the lure of the world and fits in the story. You will actually notice when you complete different missions and objectives, that they add not only to the current path you're on but also to all our Pathways and storylines. That's a really brilliant Way of the World building and I think Bend did a very good job ...
Extremely happy to see Abe return. Oddysee and Exoddus (1 story) are my favorite games. I think New and Tasty did a bit a disservice to the original but Soulstorm looks incredible. I am very excited to see the Quintology isnt dead!
This has gameplay! Looks good, and there's some sort of inventory system.
"It is one of the slowest weeks for boxed video game sales all year, and thus Sony's Days Gone retains its position at the top of the UK charts."
Cage,
I agree. It is a really great game. I see a few technical hiccups here and there but this game is an absolute blast. I don't know why the writer needs to emphasis a "quiet" week to downplay Days Gone's success. More so congrats to Bend for making a great game, staying up on it to ensu...
Yeah, its basically a 2DS XXL without the waggle gimmicks no one wants in their damn $80 controllers. I rarely play my Switch on the TV anyway so if this is real, I sort of wish I would have waited. I think the Switch is a major disappointment in it's content (and I don't play all the downgraded ports or $60 WiiU games) so I only have a few games on it (Zelda, Mario, Golf Story, Yoshi, and Octopath Traveler). Even it's exclusive like Octo, find themselves on other consoles. I plat...
Activision just worked with FromSoftware to make Sekiro. That is a step in the right direction.
I think if you didn't get a copy from the publisher, you should still wait to post the review at embargo.
1. You are showing that you would respect the integrity of a publishing relationship.
2. You're not pushing out a rushed review for clicks and skipping the updates.
3. You're not buying an illegal copy or supporting a company that disregards a contractual agreement.
It doesn't harm you to wait to release your review. ...

"During one cutscene which predates the apocalypse we are shown Deacon and Sarah’s marriage, this moment is actually quite sweet and feels earned, that is, right up until Sarah comments on Deacon’s biker status and flatly states that Deacon must promise to ride her as much as he does his bike. Baffling."
Lemme learn you a couple things soy boy reviewer. 1. It's campy dialogue 2. These characters are in love. My wife and I say silly sexual stuff to each other a...
Oh what about when Cloud dresses up like a woman? I wonder if Kotaku will claim its not "woke" enough or hateful towards women or transgender people.
Octopath Traveler is about the only thing Square Enix out it's name on that didnt disappoint me.
If Square didn't give the spiel of "a remake of FF VII is just too big to fit into one game" then most people wouldn't be as upset about it. My biggest issue is how slow SE is and I could easily see falling through. I have a lot of questions.
1. Is this all on PS4 being released close together, or is this 3 full separate games that will now cross generations?
2. Will game progress carry over from each episode or will each game be it's own story (so we h...
Look, stop pitching Kotaku's garbage.
I know. She released her internal materia HOLY into the lifestream. It gave the planet the power to defeat Meteor and protect itself. FF VII has such a powerful story and amazing characters. Jeez, Kotaku is trash.
