This is graphically beautiful and it takes a great deal of talent to get any sort of romantic scene to play out in a video game. The fact that they're focusing on physics with sexual activity, although not family-friendly, is really important from a technical standpoint. One if my favorite underrated (and poorly reviewed) Star Wars games is Obi Wan on the original Xbox. Is more of a linear action platformer, but I think like, Jedi Power Battles, that style fits Star Wars games so well.
Another one was Rebel Assault II: The Hidden Empire. I love how it felt like you were playing through movie with the live-action cutscenes mixed into what look like photo-realistic gameplay at the time. Double Disc on PS1 and one of my faves as a kid.
Although this 3rd game perfected the controls, nothing compares to Jedi Knight II: Outcast. There is a big part of me that really hopes that Respawn's new JEDI games are going to bring back that type of master class in Star Wars gaming. I love the mix of FPS and TP(L)ightsaber action, puzzle solving and epic gameplay. I do NOT want JEDI to be another Force Unleashed.
I bought a Switch for Zelda and played through it. Want to talk about a boring game that requires dozens of hours of mundane work to see it through the end. I would love for Square to take Chrono Trigger as is, repolish it with an overlay of lighting effects and actually get an orchestra to do the soundtrack. (I wish CT had a live cover too).

In this day and age, everything is just ran to the Internet so fast that you get the trailers instantly without the wasteful fluff, flair, or paid celebrities.
I think they will drop a State of Play that week or before but I highly doubt that they are going to do an event.

You can't offend someone, they can only take offense to it. Thick skinned people are less offended than others. There is difference between racism/sexism and that. A person can find or take offense in almost anything so it's really hard to make up standard like that with such a broad range based on someone's personal feelings. I really liked Indigo Prophecy and loved Heavy Rain. Beyond Two Souls was a let down so I wasn't 100% sure on Detroit. Well it blew my expectations out of the water. Marcus's story was good, Kara's was great, but Connor's was one of the best buddy cop bits ever, film or otherwise. The overall story was deep and really well down. This is QD and Cage's best work to date.

Agreed. Bend took a huge leap of faith in coming back to the console scene so ambitiously from the Vita and I think they have delivered a really awesome product. This onslaught of trashing from the liberal media is beyond words. Kotaku, IGN, Gamestop, listen up... Bend isn't patching in any "woke" so you have to live with it. Also, glad to know this game is selling so well despite the ridiculously sexist, racist and disrespectful hate coming from the San Fran game bloggers.
