I have not played Live a Live yet but it seems like playing only the Intro-Chapters in Octopath and then the endgame content without the whole open world. Is that correct? Sort of a linear RPG? The game looks amazing so I need to jump on it soon but the trailer was a little confusing in how the game plays. I have kept from the Let's Plays too.
I would rebuy and platinum Octopath if they ever put it on PS5. I put about 90 hours into the Switch version—absolutely a masterpiece in modern game design with such homage to the SNES days.
So this officially is a free upgrade from my paid THPS PS4 to the PS5 one?
This is one of my favorite Metroidvanias from this generation.
OBJECTION‼️
As I have accepted this is not FF7 but perhaps a different timeline or something else, it’s cool.
0 and Code Veronica should about wrap it up honestly.
Sly Cooper got a remastered collection and a new game Thieves in Time for PS3. It didn’t bite unfortunately. There were also rumors of a television show but that seems to have fallen off. I love Sly but I don’t know what would trigger a resurgence for the series.
This was my favorite metroidvania of 2021. Platinum'd it both on PS4 and PS5 (via PS5) since there were two lists. 100% recommended!
Dear lord this website is filled with adware.
The base building and procedural generation are the filler that I don’t want. I didn’t like it in Fallout 4 and now it’s well more than 16x the annoyance. Skyrim’s unmarked quest system was interesting because it was designed to bring you back to location’s you may have missed collecting something or help guide you towards exploring a new area. This seems like a time sink that is unnecessary for the main game and maybe to help longevity or future plans. It just means we will be old when ES6 a...
PURE PR
"I didn't know Phil Spencer well at that time, I probably only talked to him once or twice up to that point," Urquhart said to IGN. "But what's so interesting with Phil is he is this--I don't know--I don't want to say 'persona' in the end, because he is Phil Spencer and because he runs all Microsoft games. But now knowing him, and even what I knew about him back then, his reputation was just someone who was authentic and someon...
No Man’s Skyrim
In all seriousness the planet exploration and all the building features do nothing for me. I guess I was hoping for an Interstellar meets 2001: A Space Odyssey without the fluff that I couldn’t stand in Fallout 4.
This! Virtual Springfield is hands down the best Simpsons game. Such love and a modern take on that (in VR) would really bring the 35 years of Simpson-mania together in one massive package. I would love this!
Is this a Lemmings RPG?
Well it'll be more footage from the iOS game with the announcement of a new iOS game and then possibly a trailer for the second portion of the remake followed by another iOS game.
The Elden Ring wiki is a part of the experience. It’s a water cooler game. There is always something to discover and a large part is the community coming together to crack open this massive world.
A game that should absolutely be on this list is Disco Elysium. That game is wildly deep in the field of its take on social issues, politics, religion, morality, and the internal struggles of the human psyche.
They really should have focused on building a full park in the States. The Japanese park is very small and only Mario themed. They literally have enough IPs to build every single type of ride. 4D Metroid Shooter Car Ride, F-Zero speed coaster, Zelda castle, Epona’s Ride, Kirby Star Ride indoor coaster, Ice Climbers Water Ride… just so much.
Put it out on PS5 alongside of Octopath. I played OT for about 95 hours. Amazing but I don’t like playing games on the Switch.
